There was a nice variety of hot and cold foods. The eggs and sausages were hot, the coffee was good. The set-up was good, too, and seating was ample. There were always apples and bananas at the counter during the day that you could just take. There is a pool and hot tub but we didn't get a chance to use them (our schedule didn't permit it) but they looked clean. The staff was very friendly and fun to talk to.

The breakfast was good and so was the location. The kitchen staff was incredible and so were the cleaning crew!!

I did not like Mr Patel the manager on duty!! He was very rude,an uncaring attitude in regards to his guests during the scheduling process as well as checking in process!! He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him!! People skills definitely lacking with this gentleman!!

It was very very clean and good value. Good location.

1st did not like the fact that a deposit was put on my card on the 9th without my knowledge. Wanted to pay all cash. It was a hassle manager had to call to get my credit. Money finally was credited today the 11th. We were not informed that there roof was being repaired and woke up first morning 7:00 to workers on the roof and throwing stuff off the roof. Very noisy first night some people were jumping around above us late.

Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Eggs were warm and checked frequently. Nice selection of rolls and/or bread.

There was a boys hockey team staying that night. They were noisy when in the hallway, but boys will be boys. We were already awake so not too bothersome.

The lady making the breakfast was so nice and professional, she was so personable and accommodating

Ice machine on 3rd floor was not working had to go down to 2nd floor to get ice.

Breakfast was okay. The Lady assisting with breakfast was very attentive.

Disappointed we could only get 3 key cards for the room. Not a huge deal, but we were 4 adults. I'm accustomed to getting 4 keys for 4 adults.

It was very welcoming and staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable

It’s not near any restaurant or stores. Does have a nice gas station next door The pillows were to soft for me

There was a conference in the small conference center which is understandable but the people attending did get loud going back to there rooms at 2am

very friendly desk (Paul) and was very clean. The basket of fruit on check-in desk was a nice touch.

nothing, but the closest restaurant was not something we would go back to-not a deal breaker for Best Western though.
