the man up front is amazing. he was friendly informative and so so helpful. we loved meeting Jerry the full time feline employee of the valley :D loved the option to borrow DVDs and the pool and playground were fun for kids for sure! the area was walkable and its almost complete surrounded by properties with horses to watch (so fun) amazing views. unbeatable. location is great for visiting CODY and yellowstone naotional (east entrance) loved the coffee and morning muffins as well !

i will say that we dined in 1 of the two nights and the price was quite high. we spent 90 for 1 adult burger, 2 kids sliders, a side salad (it was like 10 pieces of lettuce and two cucumber splices) just overall very high for what we got. server was very kind, didnt catch her name, very sweet and helpful.

This was a wonderful place that we didn't get to take full advantage of as we were in Yellowstone park and got back late in the evening. Check in was simple as they texted us the directions to a lock box. The owner was very friendly and quite proud (in a good way) as he showed us around the place. As we were looking for an inexpensive place to stay off park it was just the ticket. I would say that in the future it might be a great place to stay as you are seeking a place to stay on your first day entering the park.

Can't really find anything wrong.

The cabins have a rustic feel. The beds where comfortable not a lot of noise at night. The pool and hot tub where a great way to end the day after spending the day in Yellowstone park.

I like the fact that is was so close to the gate for Yellowstone National park. We spent 3 nights here it was so nice. The breakfast was nice and was not expensive. The Grill for dinner was very nice they had a nice verity. The staff was all very helpful and friendly the owners are amazing I would recommend staying here to anyone planning a trip to Yellowstone.

The views of the riverbed and mountains were spectacular! The motel room was nicer than I expected based on the value.

We checked in on Monday and there was a strict 2-hour window to check in. (3-5pm) couldn’t find the ice machine although a beautiful ice bucket was provided. The bar, coffee shop and restaurant are closed on Monday 😞had to drive 15 minutes to the next town to eat but the food we found was delicious

Loved the grounds, we didn't have much time to enjoy it. it was a cabin, but very small.

Bathroom door was hard to get in and out of. the meal was overpriced and just so so. No breakfast. Cabin very small. Had a hard time checking in, not sure if the staff was new or what. We were exhausted and he held up the whole line. Didnt really apologize for his mistake and making us wait so long. Older man.

We booked our room on short notice due to some last-minute changes and arrived late in the middle of the night. Staff deposited the key in a strong box and sent us the code, it couldn´t have been more convenient. We had some wonderful conversations with the owner and one of his employees who gave us extremely valuable tips about sights in the region! As always: people make all the difference! We can only recommend the Yelllowstone Valley Inn!

It was a very unique and Interesting property. It was exactly what we wanted on our trip out West. It had everything we needed. Great work out room, staff were super nice. It had a restaurant and a small store. It even had a saloon. Beautiful scenery and a balcony overlooking the river. This was my kids favorite hotel on our trip.

We can’t think of anything. Guests should know when booking that they do not have an elevator so if you can’t do steps you should let them know when booking.

The property is cute. Cowboy style and the staff is great! They have a bar and restaurant with live music. The cabins are nice, with AC, mini fridge, microwave, and comfortable beds. You can also eat outside, with women outdoor chairs and tables. They have laundry area, and some gift shop. I would recommend it and stay there again! The western Yellowstone entrance is around 50 min away and the drive is incredible!

Everything was great!

The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. Good location. Easy access to East Entrance of Yellowstone and easy commute to Cody. The restaurant was excellent, although pricey. Our waiter,Jeff, was awesome. Kind and tried to make a connection. My son enjoyed the gym. Loved that they have chairs on the patio.

The wifi was spotty. The coffee shop wasn't open. Restaurant pricey with limited menu. The shower pressure was okay but not great.

I can’t stress enough how absolutely pleasant the staff is. It seems to be the same few staff bartending, running the front desk, working the coffee shop, etc. I mean really, such nice people to be around. The hotel is great. I don’t have a single bad thing to say. The view from your window is incredible, the restaurant was great, the hot tub was awesome, even the furniture in the room is cute. I almost wish they’d redo the photos on this website because they 1000% don’t do it justice. The photo I’ve attached is literally 10 feet from the rooms!

There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like.
