We stay here whenever we visit Cody. Rooms are very comfortable with homey feel. The porches and views are a special treat, and the grounds are kept very tidy and scenic.
While it is not something that the property can control, but some of the cabins left porch lights on all night (and day while they were gone)-the lighting was too bright and affected the "dark skies" atmosphere that is so desirable in the area, and, especially on shared porches-maybe if it was clear inside the room that the switch operated the porch/outdoor/common area light-just a suggestion, and, not a negative mark on the property

The room we had was very clean. It is one large room with a very comfortable bed and tv.The bathroom was clean stocked with fresh clean towels and toiletries. The main room has a very high ceiling which makes the room feel much bigger than it is. You park your car either behind or next to your room. There is a pool in the middle of the cabins it is small but not many people were using it while we were there. Always nice to have if you want to take a refreshing dip. There are many food options within 5 minutes of the cabins and one directly next door which included a show and dinner. We did not go but by the number of cars in the lot it seems as if people like it. We did go to a steak house about a 7 minute drive away in the downtown area it was very good . The downtown are has lots of shops to look at.
No complaints. We only stayed one night but would stay again if in the area.

I liked the quiet setting
We were initially told our ESA was allowed without an additional fee because she was a Service Dog in Training. Once we checked into the room, the manager came to our room and said he changed his mind about animals because a lady the previous day brought 2 cats and a dog onto the property without notification. The animals made more work for housekeeping to clean their mess. Our support dog is well trained, house-broke, and very quiet. We felt penalized for the actions of another. On the day we checked in the temperature was to drop into the lower 30's. We simply asked for an additional blanket. The manager said we didn't need one. We had sufficient bedding, and plus we had a heater. We slept in our clothes that night.

bedding was clean, shower felt clean, quiet stay.
I am a good tipper, but found it tacky to have an envelope left in the room as if to ask for a tip. The coffee pot in the room felt a little dirty, ended up not using it, went to the office for a cup, and again with a tip jar. they said breakfast was available in the morning when I checked in, only to be very disappointed in the options to choose from. toast and cereal is what I saw. for a 200 dollar stay, I would like to have had options, like other hotels do. The website I found this hotel on, portrays an experience. didn't see any of that. no horse rides, pool was super tiny and dirty, and the views from your room are of each other's door/cabins.

Very nice place, loved the room and the terrace outside. Next to the rodeo (walk in 10 mins) and perfect for one night. Definitely recommend staying here!
This place would be a 10 out of 10 if only the staff would be a bit nicer. Especially the morning staff had a really bad day. They were out of coffee and juice on the breakfast and when guests asked about it they just rolled their eyes, got and grabbed something from the back, didn't say anything and continued watching something on their phone. I mean, everything else is so nice about this place, but this didn't sync with the rest of the experience.

We enjoyed our room, but the bearded hippie who was our host at the front desk was rude and sarcastic. No one was at the desk to check us in. I waited 20 minutes to check in. Just as I was about to leave, he walked in, and laughed about no one being there and said he wasn't gone that long. No apology, just sarcasm. He, honestly, could have cared less if we left. The host present the next morning was much nicer. I would stay there again, but the staff needs improvement, first. The pool wasn't open, no water. The grounds around the pool were okay, but around the cabins needed improvement.
The property was listed as pet friendly, but the host said it was not and that the website states that, but we booked under Booking.com and did not check the website. He said that I knew it wasn't pet friendly, as of I was not telling the truth and was trying to pull something over on him. His words and behavior made me uncomfortable and I felt insulted. We had already paid, so we stayed anyway.

The cabins were very clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance from the rodeo grounds which we really liked. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the chairs provided with the cabin and watching the fireworks. We hope to stay there again in the future.
The pool was being filled while we were there and we were not able to use it. It is a very small pool and didn't have a heater in it. Hopefully they will be able to get that feature up and running.

The room was extremely clean; the bed was soft and comfy; the furnishings were nice and appropriate; the bathroom and shower were clean and very nice. We have stayed a Cowboy Village several times in the past and the results have always been the same and we will stay again in the future.
Small complaints, but the toilet is the older low type. And the breakfast was virtually nonexistent with only a few mini- muffins and some juice plus cold cereal.

The staff was engaged and helpful. The location was perfect for the rodeo. Downtown was only a five minute drive away. The beds and bedding were nicer than I had been expecting. My kids loved the log cabins. We all enjoyed the view from the back of the property. For the price point and hotel/motel style I was satisfied and would stay again.
A few more hooks or shelves would be helpful.

The hotel had individual log cabins which were very unique. The room was very clean and roomy. The bathroom was a bit small but worked out well.
The early morning staff member seemed to be less than enthusiastic to be there. The complimemtary breakfast was very basic but an unexpect addition since it was not advertised on the site. The cabin main room could use more lighting, only one lamp was in the room.
