Room was nice, location was good and it was quiet.

The gal that checked us in was borderline rude, very condescending and unfriendly. I tried to strike up a short conversation with her as I was doing the check in and she wasn't having it. Another gal she knew walked in and she very rudely turned her back on me, me in mid sentence, and began talking to the other gal. No working ice maker so to get ice, I had to go back to the front desk and the rude gal chipped ice out of a cooler under her desk. It didn't appear to be very sanitary so using the ice for drinks wasn't a good idea.

The rooms are large, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The breakfast is definitely lacking with microwavable sandwiches and packaged snacks. Some fresh fruit would've been nice. Coffee is decent. The hot tub didn't work both nights we stayed but the sauna was a nice touch. Overall a nice stay due to cleanliness and comfortable quiet rooms. I would stay here again.

Breakfast could be better with some healthier options and fresh fruit. It would've been nice if the hot tub was working during our stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. It reminded me of a cabin type atmosphere. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to Cody.

It would have been nice to have an ice machine on the second floor. It would have been nice to have breakfast at 6:00 instead of 6:30 to get a little more head start to Yellowstone. The in room coffee pot was fine but the amount of coffee was not enough to make a good cup of coffee.

Ice maker not working and every-time you need to go to reception for one small mug of ice, no more than that.. While returning from Yellowstone it was difficult-to make out when to take left turn as no lightings..

The room was spacious and cozy. Staff was attentive and kind. I didn't have any issues

My room didn't get cleaned during the entire stay (5 nights). Breakfast was too basic - Only snacks full of sugar. I only liked the oatmeal and the coffee. Try to reduce plastic consumption

The staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities were available. The bed was comfortable. A/C worked great. Parking was plentiful. Great location by a lake just outside of town.

The hot tub was out of order and a table and chairs would have come in handy. A better breakfast would also be nice. Not sure a donut constitutes breakfast.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was a nice area and a friendly staff. Breakfast was a continental breakfast with things like cereal bars, oatmeal, and uncrustables.

The dryer took a very long time to dry. We wound up having to go off site to a laundry mat to do our laundry.

Proximity to downtown area only 5 min drive, grocery store , restaurants and shopping area. Very convenient location! The Sauna is working amazingly good, so relaxing !!

No tv coverage on NBA finals while we were there!

I wish they would have had a elevator as I have a bum knee and stairs hurt I did ask for a downstairs but I had to reschedule our trip twice so I couldn’t get one the last time I scheduled but they did give us a bigger room since they couldn’t accommodate my request

The check-in experience was amazing. The GSA was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the area. The accommodations exceeded my expectations. I only stayed for a night but if I were to stay longer I would have definitely used the full kitchen.

The only weird thing was the bed in the living room. I understand it is to increase the occupancy of the room but it was a bit awkward. Potentially having one or 2 single bed rooms but that same size as the suite would have been nice. I work in hotels so I understand it is not as easy as said.
