Clean, nice location, cute town, lots to do and see. Yinnus, I think was his name was cleaning our hall and he was very nice. Rooms very clean.

Front staff could be a bit friendlier. Breakfast could be better. Add some variety. Not enough tables. Inside the breakfast room, by the coffee area setup, there is a strip of the counter that is ripped, I told kitchen girl and front staff to maybe cut it, tape it or sand it. It ripped my shirt. By the time we left, it still wasn’t fixed. We were there 5 nights.

Hotel was in a good location, close to Walmart, gas stations and restaurants. Lobby had nice decorations. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast room was spacious. We liked the dining tables in the lobby that were available to use for guests during dinner time. Water cooler was available for guests at the lobby and also a microwave to warm up food at the lobby. Hotel also has a nice indoor swimming pool and a fitness Center. We didn’t use the fitness Center but loved the swimming pool.

The two rooms we stayed in was clean and had all the amenities we needed. One improvement I recommend is to have microwave in every guest room.

I loved our room with 3 beds. It was very spacious. We had plenty of towels and the front desk was happy to give us anything we needed. They are great front desk employees. The breakfast was very good, with several choices. Kids enjoyed the pool. I enjoyed being able to do laundry. Dollar Tree next door and restaurant on other side, we tried it and it was very good. Great View of the Mountains if your heading into Yellowstone...

I didn't like that all but one dryer was broken. I spent a lot of time going up and down checking to see when I could put my clothes in the dryer. It took a lot of time that I could have been doing other things. I loved that you have a waffle maker but when there was a lot of people you had to wait so my suggestion would be to have 2, so customers wait less, especially if you're on a time crunch. The back door into hotel didn't have a lock so anyone could walk in. I'm not sure if it's been reported but when I checked in, I was told that I needed my room key to access that door but that was incorrect but it had NO lock at all. I love the room but no bed is positioned to watch TV straight, your sideways. I suggest turning one of the beds to directly face the TV so it's not uncomfortable.

stayed in the apartment right behind the lobby check -in desk. was quiet and well-sized. African decor in lobby is amazing. the indoor pool was nice. Cold breakfast but many options available to be more than sufficient. plenty of dresser space in bedroom. bathroom counter area is large. and large storage closet, if one needed. right next to a Dollar Tree and close to all Cody town amenities.

kitchen gear is okay- no bakeware, oven mitts, or sink washing equipment (we supplied our own from Dollar Tree). there is a dishwasher and soap provided. the AC in living room had better settings than the bedroom- could not keep fan running in the bedroom so air got quite stuffy. there are no hangers in the bedroom closet. tub/toilet area is extremely small--hard to get in and close door.

Everything. It has a pool at the right temperature, good breakfast. The receptionist on both days was awesome (she checked us in and out). The decoration was very interesting. Definitely we are going back if we go to Cody

The only thing that was disrupting were the people next door permanently slamming the doors with children screaming all night as they seemed to be moving from one room to another. We were very tired after a long ride and expecting to rest which we couldn’t. Next day I brought it to the receptionist’s attention. I guess it happens in all hotels

Very large king room we had with separate seating sofa and area. Nice TV. Great location for exploring the Black Hills, Custer State Park, and we traveled a day (roundtrip) to Badlands National Park.

Breakfast was poor in our opinion. Even though they had eggs, they were not very good (sitting in standing water), and the sausage was just OK. No waffle maker, but a push-button pancake maker that made rubbery pancakes. No pastry entry, but did have cereal. Poor orange juice machine. Lots of families when we were there, and the kids were left to run free for breakfast making it a bad experience. People have no respect for one another. This was the only downside to the hotel, which itself, was very nice.

We always prefer local, as opposed to chain, accommodations when we travel. This is a fun little place. It’s not the Ritz but it’s clean, comfy, provides breakfast, and is very convenient to the east gate of Yellowstone. We have no problem recommending Kings Inn to other travelers. Wait til you see the lobby.

Like I said, it’s not the Ritz but for the location and price you couldn’t expect any better. It’s a nice, comfy place.

I have everything wonderful to say about the staff, friendly, sincere, pleasant and helpful on all occasions. The place was clean, pleasant and comfortable to stay at. The breakfast provided a variety of options, the coffee was hot and tasted fine!

The Kings INN is great, however downtown Cody is becoming a Jacksons Hole tourist center. It is filled with overpriced shops and mediocre restaurants that are focused on extracting every dollar they can. Although we did enjoy eating at "Grannies", staff was pleasant, food was good. The museums were enjoyable as well!

The breakie (continental) was great. The donuts were the best I’ve had here in the USA. Rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant next door was closed (on Wednesday) so we were recommended to visit the 8th bar (?) which was part of a hotel within walking distance down the road awesome food , great value n service

Me personally like an elevator 🤣 otherwise my hubby needs to carry my heavy luggage upstairs.

Thr location was great and the room was a good size. Housekeeping only come in your room if you request it, which I liked since we were staying for a whole week. Onsite laundry was amazing!

The shower curtain had mold spots on the botttom, which was weird because otherwise the room was very clean and well kept.
