I especially liked the friendly, helpful staff. You can put up with a lot when the staff is above par but the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast very good also. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The only thing I would improve might be the light in the room. The room darkening curtain did not close completely and a good amount of light came in from outside. There were also little lights on the microwave, TV, thermostat, cooler/heater, as well as light coming under the door and in through the peek holes in the door. But I sleep best in near total darkness so maybe others would overlook these.

The older lady and gentleman who were running the free continental breakfast in the morning where so attentive caring sweet and nice. They do a wonderful job! I enjoyed talking to them and made a free breakfast even better! They really go above and beyond and deserve some kudos

There is no elevator to the second floor. Not a big deal they had great stairs and it's only one flight but if I had to choose one thing that would be it.

Convenient place for a stop on our trip. The breakfast was great. The gentleman cooking and working the breakfast area was super nice. You could tell he truly loved his job. It was a neat breakfast area in the old saloon! Great atmosphere!!

The shower floor made so much noise as you moved around. It made you think you were going to fall through or crack the bottom of the tub.

The check-in was very warm. Ricardo Rivera and his colleague gave us a great reception. The room was spacious and the hotel is very well located, in the main avenue of the city. The breakfast was also much better then another hotel from the same chain that we stayed a couple of days before (although of course it is a very limited breakfast in terms of healthy options). It was a great value for money overall, a well managed hotel!

Nothing to stand out. Perhaps the limited options of the breakfast, but you get what you pay for. For those who stay outside the main building, perhaps the extra walking should be a burdensome.

The location is very good and we got best breakfast from them. We really thanks to Restaurant person who has treated very well for us and assist us to get what we needed in the Breakfast.

Most of the time, Entrance door was not open in the 2nd building.. And parking was full in the time.. We parked in the Holiday INN parking..

We had a death in the family & had to change plans. We had to cancel our reservations. But we will be there in the next month, hopefully. I talked to Jamie at the front desk. She took care of our cancelation. I asked about the stuff we had planned for there. She had lots of information. She was very pleasant to talk to! Because of her, when I reschedule our trip, I will definitely be staying there. 😊

The location was good. They have 2 buildings and one doesn’t have an elevator to the second floor which was an issue for us as my husband uses a wheelchair and I always look to see if the property has an elevator. They were able to accommodate us with a smaller ground floor unit.

Rooms are a bit small.

The complimentary breakfast was good, I especially liked the eggs, everything was great.

I'm sorry to say that the only thing is that the toilet was very low, I am 72 years old and trying to get up off the seat was very difficult.

Comfort, cleanliness, staff, shuttle, location, breakfast, gift shop, everything.

If there was anything, it was the inability to get a 2nd blanket the 1st night. (Not for warmth but to avoid blanket wars with husband.) The facility was full, so I understand.
