We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! At first, there was an error with our booking. We needed a double queen room, but ended up with a King Suite, which would be a little too crowded having only 1 bed for our family of 5. But when we explained our concerns to the front desk, they went above and beyond to accommodate our situation. They immediately provided us with a roll away bed and lots of extra bedding so we could spread our family out on the couches too. We were so thankful for all of the accommodations and their friendliness. The bathroom and rooms were so spacious. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Even the fitness room had fresh towels, cold water, and free ear buds. We were able to watch TV while working out. They thought of everything. We had an excellent stay!

The location is very good and a short walk to restaurants and shopping. We chose to drive to the Cody Center as it was a longer walk than we wanted. Hotel is very clean. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as there were bus groups both mornings we were there and felt it would be crowded. Clean hotel and rooms are refreshed daily unlike most other places we stayed on this road trip to SD and WY. Liked that there were three entrances along the hotel parking lot so we could park near the entrance closest to our room.

The hotels in Cody are just overpriced because they can get what is asked. It is what it is but I would never have paid so much for a Holiday Inn elsewhere.

The breakfast was excellent! Room was clean and well maintained. The room had plenty of plugs for electronic devices. The location makes it an easy walk to downtown shops, restaurants and bars. In spite of being very busy, the restaurant and lounge staff did an excellent job of keeping things moving. All of the staff maintained an excellent demeanor, even when being treated rudely by tour bus travelers who were there in abundance. Kudos to the patience of the bartenders, waiters, waitresses, hostesses, bar backs, front desk and all other staff members at the hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights before moving on to Yellowstone. But if you don't fancy Yellowstone prices you could stay here, it's about an hours drive to Yellowstone. Quiet location at the end of Cody. It is a bit of a maze and our room was near the far end. Room was clean, bed was really comfy. Good shower but the shower head needed cleaning so that it spray down and not everywhere else. We didn't hear any noise at all. Breakfast was included in our booking which was good and well organised, we didn't eat at the hotel in the evening. There's a small bar next to the dining area. We'd stay here again

We had a great stay! Very nice motel. The staff up front were wonderful. The place was very clean and I wish we could have stayed longer. Not sure if the cabins were part of the motel, but I would be interested in looking into that next time. We always enjoy Cody!

When your traveling sometimes its sometimes hard to remember everything, but I do know that ADA rooms need to have lower beds and sinks for those in Wheelchairs.

Excellent. The coffee was super good. I was amazed at the quality of the fresh berries served at the buffet. Our servers were delightful.

We did find it very hard to get our bearings and find our way to and from our room. It’s like a maze inside those halls. More directional signs might help.

Very helpful staff, one night stop over, clean room well equipped. Near to a number of eating places. Visit the Old Trail Town

This is a comment on all 9 hotels we stayed in during our trip (Denver, South Dakota, Yellowstone, Capitol Reef and Las Vegas. The wastage of plastic/cardboard plates and cups and the plastic cutlery now used (after Covid?!) for breakfast is appalling - there appears to be no recycling going on at all. If you want to save the planet, pack your own plates and cutlery and take washing up liquid. I found the wi-fi variable but wife was fine on her phone We went to the "world famous" Cody Rodeo - while there is a lot of very skilled horsemanship on display and an exciting event to be seen - however the level of animal cruelty would have the RSPCA in the UK going to court to ban it. If you go accept you might seen an animal killed in front of the crowd.

The rooms were very clean and amazingly comfortable! I really enjoyed the quality of the bathroom/shower products and the high quality towels.

I didn’t like the idea that there was a restaurant in the building and had to pay a price that was so high for the food in comparison to surrounding options. It really wasn’t worth the price they were asking.

Room was very clean and updated. Didn’t hear any noise while we were there. Bathroom had all dove brand for shampoo, conditioner and soap. Staff was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was an extra charge but was a delicious buffet. Location is fantastic - you can walk to downtown within a couple blocks.

Parking was a little tight around the hotel. The workout area is tiny and limited. The pool is outside so if it’s cold or closed, there is no pool.

Large suite with kitchenette. Large shower with body sprays.

Bathroom door squeaks. No freezer in refrigerator. Only 1 breakfast option, too expensive for light appetites. No way to wash dishes so leave for housekeeping. Mattress worn down on each side. Need towel rack or more hooks in bathroom.
