Absolutely loved the location and the views! We switched from a teepee to a wagon at the last minute because I have a bad back. It was perfect for what we needed. The bath house was in pristine condition. I'm glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews. Being a ranch, maybe they were short staffed or something more pressing happened when the bathrooms were dirty during others stay. If you're expecting a hotel, go to a hotel! If you're ok with camping this place is PERFECT! Would absolutely stay here again as our experience was GREAT!
The heater didn't work but being July we definitely survived without it. It was expensive to switch from a teepee to a wagon (it was definitely cheaper via booking.com but our reservation was non-refundable). But I'm still glad we switched.

My sons were super excited about being in the Conestoga Wagon. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and once we settled in, we were warm enough for the night. It was fun to be on a working ranch.
As a working ranch, the cows free roam, which meant "land mines" - so you must watch your step at night. The shared showers needed a good scrubbing. Food is super expensive throughout the whole area. There are not other restaurant options in the near vicinity. The food was good, but an automatic tip was added to the bill which was 1/4 of the whole bill. For that tip, I was able to order with the waitress at the bar, get my own condiments and silverware...the waitress did bring the plates to the table. There was nothing on the listing about additional fees for linen rentals. It would have been helpful to have had a heads up.

The location if this Ranch was stunning. Beautiful sunrise and sunset over the Tetons and valley—truly breathtaking. Hearing the wolves howl in the evening and early morning was really great since we never experience this in Florida. The burgers at the cafe were excellent. Also, loved seeing the wranglers herd the horses from the pasture into the corrals in the morning. Our family and friends will have great memories to share about roughing it in Wyoming at the Buffalo Valley Ranch sleeping in a Tepee and Covered Wagon! Ps can you do a glamping Tepee for us city slickers!
The Restrooms were not the best, but hey, you’re in the country and they were no different than staying at a campsite. The Tepee was roughing it, but that was advised upon booking and it was advised to bring along sleeping bags and pillows for the Tepee. The Covered Wagon had adequate bedding and a heater.

The location was great and very convenient for seeing Grand Teton National Park. The view from the property was beautiful. The wagon itself was a very fun experience for the kids and a step up from regular camping in terms of comfort. The staff was very kind and helpful.
The bathrooms were always very dirty and often completely out of toilet paper and paper towels. You need to go into it knowing it's very much a camping experience and this is not a luxury stay. All in all, we'd stay here again, but probably not for more than a night or two.

Very convenient location, 15 minutes before entering Grand Teton National Park. We lived in a wagon and the views from it were beautiful. There was a heater in the wagon, which we really appreciated because the nights in September were already quite cold. We were given bed linen, towels and there were blankets in the wagon. I read a lot of negative reviews about the showers, I do not agree with them. The shower is normal, not super new, but not terrible either. This is a campsite, after all. Such a shower was enough to comfortably bathe.
The workers in the cafe and the store did not seem at all happy to see people. I do not expect them to jump for joy, but a simple smile and greeting would have been enough. Remember that this is a farm. Sometimes at night we heard dogs and coyotes/wolves screaming. Several times in the morning and at night cows walked near our wagon. Literally behind the wall and they were heard VERY well. So a good night's sleep was always at risk. It wasn't a big problem for us, but it's important to know.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Since we came after the teepees had started to be taken down for the season, we were upgraded to a Covered Wagon and our kids LOVED it! The large bed was very comfortable, but the bunk beds were great for young kids, not so much for our teenager. The bathrooms were decently clean. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay.
Our biggest complaint was the Cafe' (the only place you can get food for miles) was quite expensive. We opted to only eat one meal there because it cost my family of 4 almost $100 for burgers, fries, and waters. Also, we had to continuously go up to the counter to order, get our drinks, etc. It wasn't great service, especially for the price!

Absolutely loved this place! The views of the Tetons are outstanding!!! Beautiful and friendly horses, dogs and cats, herd of cows coming back to the corral in the evening. The cafe has WiFi and a good menu. We slept in a wagon and it was cosy. Light, linens and heater were provided. Here are a few advices: - check in is at the cafe on the left - arrive before dark to enjoy the scenery and get comfortably settled - expect rural/farm setting - the nights were cold in mid September, bring layers, and more blankets or sleeping bags if you can
Only 3 bathrooms but they worked well when we were there No possibility of cooking/reheating food onsite. Really wished there would be at least a microwave

The area is beautiful and we are planning a return trip and will stay at Buffalo Valley Ranch if possible
It was ok, we just felt the description of teepee, cabins, ability to cook our own food were not complete. We came prepared to make our own coffee and with our own food due to dietary restrictions. We understand about bears and fire danger but we're not enlightened as to what wouldn't be allowed.

Family of five stayed in a wagon on an active horse ranch. First time experience for us. Almost like glamping but with the outdoor, rugged feeling and atmosphere with great views of the mountains and horses on the property. The wagon had bunk beds and a king bed that were surprisingly comfortable with warm blankets for each bed. The lodge was nice and had nice bathrooms compared to the ones next to the horses.
We had to pay extra for sheets, pillow covers and towels. Our heater inside the wagon did not stay on all the time maybe due to low propane so it was cold throughout the nights while sleeping. Also if you don’t mind waking up at o-dark thirty in the morning because of it being a working horse ranch the ranchers are already up and working the horses so you may or may not get a good nights rest. The community bathrooms and showers were ok but not the cleanest and the shower heads could be changed as the one we used had one stream of water and took longer to rinse off. The on site cafe was pricey and a cup of coffee was $4. Complimentary coffee would’ve been nice and also a microwave to use if you brought your own food.

I think some of these reviews are a little unfair. This isn't glamping, it's not luxurious. It's a ranch, there's a lot of horses, it's what you would expect at a ranch in WY. I didn't have service but some of my friends did but that didn't ruin my time :) I stayed in a tipi with my fiancé and two friends, we had a blast! There are 4 beds that are more like cots. There was a blanket on each bed, but I brought my sleeping bag, pilllow, and some other blankets and slept very well! The tipis were not as cold as I thought they would be for beginning of June. I brought earplugs and I'm glad I did bc I could hear a man snoring in a nearby tipi! My fiancé and I did a horseback ride and it was so fun! The people here were so friendly and helpful. It was a neat experience and I would stay here again.
I saw a lot of people comment on the bathrooms. They could be updated a bit but I didn't run into any problems with them. I was there Friday to Sunday and not once did I see or experience a line/wait of any sort. There are two stalls and 3 shower stalls but one was out of order.
