I had an amazing experience here! The room and building were clean and felt new, laid out nicely for bringing a pet, had great facilities such as laundry, pool and hot tub, fitness center, excellent well-stocked breakfast, and delicious attached in-house restaurant which had speakeasy vibes. My dad and I stayed with his dog and with a nearby park it made it quick and easy for a walk. I would bring my children back and just relax here for a weekend taking advantage of the pool and park. We will definitely be back!!

No complaints honestly.

The breakfast itself was very good. The space itself was--carpet up the ramp to DR was awful, the furniture in DR was awful (dirty, torn and worn). A surprise given the other spaces in the hotel. The pool was lovely. The room was comfortable except for the lack of an updated toilet. Need new updated height on toilets. And the bath tub drained very slowly.

Clean up and renew the DR from the entry to the furniture. Update your toilets---old and short.

This was my second stay at this property while on a road trip - it is my absolute favorite for a few reasons: (1) amazing hot breakfast with omelettes, waffles, bacon, potatoes and all the cold stuff you want too (yogurt, milk, hard-boiled eggs and more); (2) the dog-friendly rooms have 2 doors - one to the inside of the hotel and one directly to the outside. This is a GAME CHANGER for pet parents; (3) you can park directly in front of your room - this makes loading and unloading on a road trip simple and efficient; (4) the rooms are huge, both the bathroom area and living/sleeping area. Another thing to note - I was in a room that shared a wall with another dog and a toddler. I saw them coming in and out from the parking lot. I could not hear them *at all* during my stay. Peaceful sleep all around!

Zero complaints about the hotel - I will be back every year when I do this cross-country road trip. Note to travelers - both times I've stayed here it has been colder than I thought (even in spring/summer) and WINDY. Pack accordingly.

Pet friendly. Decent room with doors to the hallway and outside. Staff were very friendly - especially the guy at breakfast. Very close to I-80 for a one night stop over heading East.

Pet fee was excessive at $40 considering the room price I was charged. Roof was comfortable but a bit noisy. Pet area was terrible but there’s a park just up the street near the hospital.

Facilities were nice and well maintained (pool, eating area). Location was ideal for the area. Breakfast and coffee were great, but not completely stocked.

Our room had an exterior door (to outside) and interior door (to inside hallway). This was almost a dealbreaker for us, not what we expected from a Best Western property.

Breakfast was good and plentiful. All I had was a muffin and coffee though.

The overall design is a little weird, as every room faces a hallway, so you can't keep the curtains open. And we had trouble working there in-room coffee pot, which might have been malfunctioning.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful. The lobby and lounge area were attractive, and we could easily access the room from our car. We had a great meal at the restaurant. It was perfect after a long day on the road.

Spacious clean rooms with comfy beds. Staff friendly and helpful. Superb breakfast with many options. We booked 3 rooms for 1 night for 5 of us enroute from Yellowstone to Breckenridge, and were all impressed. Ample parking and good selection of restaurants for dinner nearby. Would definitely stay again if passing.

Very nice hotel! Staff is exceptional! They are so friendly, very nice and very helpful! I felt very welcome here. The hotel is conveniently located and has all the amenities that you need. Wonderful!

Parking was right outside of our room, lots of room and the shower was great. Fantastic ADA room.

The bathroom near the pool was very hot and I’m heat sensitive.
