Rooms are very very simple, but they have stuff to make tea, Courtyard area made up for any disadvantages to us, the area is beautiful, the restaurant is super beautiful and atmospheric. It was April and we had breakfast outside, breakfast had a nice selection and was good too. A waiter brings omelette & coffee etc on demand. Once our tour guide was happy to come to the hotel to drink coffee with us there and she explained some history behind jewish houses and where we could see how a piece of the wall was left untouched (one of jewish texts on the wall looks worn off while others looked normal) on purpose so that people were able to see how walls were before renovation, as they do it in all historic buildings around the city/country. I personally did not like the coffee taste there, but it is one of places for good coffee in the city since they do make real coffee and many places still have only Nescafe. The restaurant used for breakfast later becomes a restaurant with European cuisine (one of the best restaurants in the city), we didn't eat there but seeing people in the evening sitting in the yard at round white-tablecloth tables that signals more or less fine-dining was intriguing, a nice touch to Bukhara. If we would stay longer we would try it out. Staff of the hotel was helpful and nice. Location is one of the best in the city according to our own experience and our different guides.

Bathroom has only shampoos, no hair conditioner or soap, no safe in the room. Also no daily change of towels, that was sad to us. But the hotel has 3 star so it is all simple in rooms and justified. We enjoyed our stay anyway.

Beautiful property with stunning interior courtyard and restaurant, fabulous menu, exquisite cuisine, dedicated restaurant manager, and delightful servers. Front desk staff couldn’t be more helpful and owner onsite and incredibly attentive to every detail.

Taxis unable to access, but accommodation made, and TV internet spotty, which I understand is being addressed.

The restaurant has an amazing decor and the food there is excellent. The courtyard is also very nice. The room we’ve eventually got was nice. The location is good.

Althought the hotel offers great amenities, food and overall quality, we found the service poor. We booked a taxi to pick us up from the train station because we arrived late at night and didn’t want to deal with taxi drivers at this hour. The taxi never arrived and we needed to sort our own transport. Eventually when we arrived, they put us in a terrible room because they had no other free. Told us they would change rooms tomorrow and we did, but the room we stayed at for that first night was dirty and overall not worth the price. While breakfast was nice and superb food, the service was lacking again. When we ordered a coffee, it felt the waiter was annoyed by it.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a convenient location

The breakfast is awful. There was barely any cheeses and meat, no eggs, no variety of options. Moreover breakfast is served in a beautiful yet very hot room (no ac). That’s not a good idea and not sanity to leave food out in the heat. If this place is to earn higher stars, it needs to turn on the air condition (July heat is unbearable!) and serve more variety for breakfast.

This hotel was an unexpected delight. Staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was excellent in terms of variety and quantity. My room was clean and comfortable. The on-site restaurant was excellent and the dining room was beautiful--a museum piece of Bukhara historic architecture and culture. Our favorite hotel in Uzbekistan! The decorations of the hotel are great, traditional style, but the rooms are modern. Breakfast is delicious and served in the most beautiful area of the hotel. Perfect beds. The street seems a bit weird when you arrive, but it is the perfect location in Bukhara.

We loved the spacious and clean room, very comfortable bedrooms and good air con. The breakfast was the best buffet we’ve come across in Uzbekistans and had good vegetarian options. We also liked the dinner restaurant in the hotel. The decor was beautiful and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. They even packed us a lunch for the train journey.

Excellent place to stay near the lively Lyabi House Square but tucked away in a side street. Make sure you know how to find it because the taxi driver didn't know it - they have to drop you 50 yards away. The breakfast spread was great, the room spacious with good a/c and wifi. There were always plenty of staff around (English spoken). They take credit cards (though booking.com says cash only). As our train out was in the afternoon they stored the luggage for us, and we just hung out in the spacious lobby for a while enjoying the a/c in the middle of the day. The restaurant serves a quality dinner - reservations may be necessary and there are plenty of choices nearby.

Breakfast in the resto with beautiful decor. Amazing! My room is spacious, clean. Overall, the hotel has intimate vibes, great location. The staffs are helpful. That's why I've extended my holiday in this hotel 😊

It is not a minus... since the hotel is located in the old city area of bukhara which is a car-free zone, so we have to bring our luggage from/to the parking area/street and it's not far.

I was not able to get breakfast on the last day because of 15min (at 7:15am). Despite everything set on the restaurant except for some cups and glasses, the waiter said it was not open. It was only me there! Not to get late for my flight, I gave up having it. But at the reception desk, the receptionist wasn’t there. I had to search for him throughout the hotel and, finally the credit card machine was not working and it took me almost 20min to get the bill paid. And he forgot to give me my departure card for tourist. The finishing line was really disappointing. You should advise your employees to be more flexible with early departure guests
