Location and the old cozy house vibe. Reception staff were nice and helpful. They went out of their way to serve us and they walked with us to show us places.

Apart from the rooms, they charge high prices for other services like a wheelchair, a guide and a van. They also wanted to charge us a fee for an old booking that we had cancelled for which booking.com confirmed that the cancellation is free of charge for both parties.

Wonderful restored house in a quiet street, just around the Labi Chaus and the main sights. The rooms are lovely decorated and spacious, I had a single room even with a small hallway and a wardrobe and a towel for cleaning shoes. The staff is very attentive and will always offer you a free tee in the afternoon, when sitting in the beautiful courtyard. As I had to check out in the middle of the night, they gave be a lunch bag and arranged a taxi for me. This hotel is really a recommendation.

Welcoming inn, in an elegant local-style building, in a walking distance from places of interest but in a very quiet area. Good breakfast, varied enough, served in the internal courtyard, nice corner also for drinking tea in a relaxing moment of the day. Very comfortable room, equipped with the essential comforts for a perfect stay with a spacious and functional bathroom. The hotel staff is very kind, available for any request. The whole atmosphere conveys a great sense of hospitality.

Relaxing outdoor courtyard area, customized breakfast every morning included in the price of the room. Very clean. Location is in the center of Bukhara at the edge of the old city. Extremely kind and attentive service, you feel very well taken care of and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, it feels like an inn from 200 years ago with modern amenities.

The hotel is really nicely put together with excellent, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was in the courtyard which was very nice, and all of the food was delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful as well. A really nice stay, we would happily go back.

Our only complaint is that there was too much food at breakfast. Everything was delicious but there was too much for two people and it felt a shame to waste it. A minor issue!

I have been to many hotels around the world--from decent to luxurious and I would rank this hotel as one of my top three favourite ones. Salom Inn was amazing! It is located right in the middle of Bukhara's UNESCO heritage quarter and all the major attractions are nearby. You can't ask for a better location! The rooms in the hotel are well-decorated with local motifs and themes. The bathroom is well-eqipped and super clean. The best part of the hotel is obviously its courtyard--it's beautiful and instagram-worthy. Hotel staffs are amazing and well-behaved. Manager MR Azat was very cordial and helped to to get around in Bukhara. Loved the breakfast in the morning--it was a spread (which I always prefer over buffet). They also didn't charge me anything for teas that I order during my stay. Highly recommended.

The location is great, 10 seconds from the pond and 10 minutes from the main medrassas. The owner Marcel speaks a perfect English, and has been very helpful in helping us getting some logistics sorted when arriving (sim card, ordered a laptop charger online, airport pickup…). The rest of the team was also very polite and welcoming. Our room was spacious, and the internal courtyard is cosy and intimate.

Nice small hotel in a historic building in a quiet street near Lyabi Hauz. Fantastic location and all the main sights walkable from the hotel. Great personally cooked breakfasts served in the beautiful courtyard. Very nice owners who agreed to move us from the courtyard to a quiet room at the back (Room 15) and block off room 14 so we could have sole use of the shared bathroom. Just to note that our taxi got lost in the maze of narrow streets behind the hotel and we ended up walking the last part - the hotel is just off the main pedestrian zone. Rooms 4 and 5 on the ground floor are right next to reception and the courtyard seating areas and so the upper storey rooms would be a better choice when booking if available. Overall we had a great stay at the hotel.

Excellent location, near sights, restaurants and transport. Large room and on the ground floor as booked (very important for me). Aircon, opening window, quiet. Lovely courtyard for guest use. Large double bed. Accepted cards. Helpful people.

Bed was a bit firm for me but it's individual preference. Breakfast finishes at 9am, too early for people on holiday!

This is really an exceptional hotel! The reception is available 24 hours. They offer fruits for free in the breakfast room which are available the whole day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It feels more like family. And the location is just next to Labi Houz. When I checked out 2:30 am on 01.01.2023 it was not possible to get the registration form as the government server was down. So, we agreed that they will send it via email what they did. Very reliable staff! I can just recommend this hotel!
