The first thing that stand out about this property is the hospitality of the host. He picked us up from the train station and ivited us to have dinner with his family. Thank you Feroz and family for your genuine hospitality. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, that appears far from main attractions but everything is within 2 mile radius from here. So, i would say excellent location, since I peronally prefer quiet places. The pool is huge and thwy have sauna too. We did not really use the pool since it was still cold. The room that we booked had a huge bedroom and an equally spacious living room.

- Host Fedya was very hospitable and very helpful, he helped us with a lot of things (for example early check-in, late check-out, recommendations of sights/tours, organizing reliable and cheap taxis, ordering food) - The place is family-owned and we felt very welcome; it has a friendly and very charming atmosphere - We liked the whole compound with a nice pool-area (the water was warm enough even on not so hot days), open terrace and a yard where the children could play with balls and frisbees - We were given an upgrade to a suite that had a bedroom for the whole family (2 adults and 2 children) and a very spacious living room

- The place is in a residential neighborhood, which is peaceful and felt safe, but not very central. However, this was not a critical point for us, because it was easy to organize a cheap taxi that took us to the old town in a few minutes

The property hosts fantastic facilities, with a brilliant sauna and exceptional and massive swimming pool! It felt like we were living in a villa and the family are so friendly. We enjoyed the sauna experience and were thoroughly looked after throughout. The pool was great to relax by and despite being a bit out of town, you can get a Yandex super easily (5-10 min drive) for less than £1 which is insane value

Good to have a pool to jump into after a few hours of sightseeing.

Noisy children of other guests. There was not much that the staff could do about it, though. The problem is parents who let their kids run around screaming crazily without any consideration for other people. Stay home and put up a tent in your back garden. It was bad enough that I didn't eat breakfast there.

I got a free upgrade because some rooms were available. I enjoyed being there. It felt like home. Firoz and his wife welcomed me for breakfast and dinner so generously. It’s a big property, with pool and sauna. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean. It’s a little away from the main centre but lots of cabs available even at midnight. There is also a shorter route to walk if you like it. Beds were ok. Towels were provided. It’s pretty cheap for what they offer.

Not in the city centre but best way to avoid the touristy crowd

One of the best guest houses I’ve experienced! Every feature of this property is high-quality, functional and adds to the enjoyment. My room was huge and very comfortable. The pool outside is a separate matter: clean, good depth (gradual slope), such a welcome addition in Bukhara heat. The host, Feruz, is very accommodating and a genuinely nice guy. If I am ever back in Bukhara, I wouldn’t think twice - book at May Weather without hesitation! Totally recommend!!!

Great facilities with a very nice and clean pool. Rooms with AC. The place has a very homely feeling since the host and his family are very friendly and maje you feel at home. They also help you to arrange everything you could need during your stay. Thank you for the great time!

Very interesting calm place close to old city.Big Garden with fruit trees and two huge outdoor swimming pool.The owner even switched on sauna for me at the late evening which is highly appreciated.He gave us tea and jam for free:)))He is very hospitable perskn.His mom great women with big heart.Highly Recommnded for all

Really enjoyed staying here! Nice, very space room. Great sauna (banya) and good pool. But the best are the hosts. Really kind and helpful, eager to share. We had very interesting discussions about uzbek culture. Would.recommend!

The owner there is nice and friendly. I also had a group lunch with his families which I could experience their local culture. There is 2 swimming pools there which is good, especially under the hot sun. They also invited me to Shisha at their place at night and have great conversation.

The location is not near to the touristy place, so you have to take taxi in and out (Taxi is very cheap here tho)
