The hotel was absolutely fantastic – modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. We loved everything about it, from the elegant design to the bright lighting; everything was just perfect. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and spoke english, which made communication very easy. They answered all our questions and assisted us with everything we needed – thank you, thank you, thank you!

The only small downside is the location, which is a bit further from the main attractions. However, it’s easily reachable within 10 minutes by taxi using the Yandex app.

Beautiful room, everything feels fresh and new and everything works as it supposed to work. Close to it has two very good food places (not so touristy) - Fedya Shaslik and Zokir Osh. Breakfast was really good and delicious

Since it is next to a big street it can be a bit noisy. And they had only one type of pillows which were too high - when we asked for lower ones, they brought more of the same so we had to come up with DIY solutions. Also we booked a room with double bed, but got two separate single beds instead

I love everything. The location is so nice, a pharmacy is on the first floor and some convenience stores are near. I didn’t expect that there is a bathtub！ I got A big water bottle for free. Laundry service fee is also low. Staffs such as Samandar is super polite and attentive so he gave me, as a sick girl, a medicine for free! They are approachable and I enjoyed talking with them.

Newly done, very clean, staff were very nice. Amazing breakfast.

The curtains are not blackout so the rooms are full of light from sunrise (beautiful large windows) so we were unable to sleep. Pillows are huge..we had to ask for different ones after the first night. Light coming through all night from under the door so again, lack of darkness disrupted sleep. A lot of noise from the main road and one night a group of tourists were having a very loud get together right outside the lobby under our windows before midnight. Woke us up and I was surprised that reception staff didn’t ask them to keep it quiet or move to a different location. Overall, we had a lot of difficulty sleeping in this hotel so as beautiful as it is, would the stay here again.

The room should be cleaned with a mop and water, not just swept. I think it's useless to vacuum the tiles. The cleaning lady just pretends to clean. Sorry

The property was better than expected. Very updated and well managed. Great breakfast, better on day 1 than 2. Loved the decor and the balcony. Very nice staff. So comfortable

A short taxi to sites. However the food options aren’t too many and we took a taxi to get food. But they had a pharmacy next door and a mini mart.

Basically a new hotel and the rooms have everyday cleaning options (super clean). Rooms have a 4m height ceiling, quite astonishing, the modern bathroom has clean facilities. Regarding the location, there is an app yandex taxi (take the comfort one) which will get you wherever you want for just 1€ in any direction and €2 to the airport.

Big room, modern and clean, air conditioning. The location is ok near the main street, close to markets and pharmacy.

The breakfast wasn’t great, very limited and not much what to choose. The bed not very comfortable, the mattress was too hard.

General public are not much aware of this hotel. May be it is very new only.

Staff is very friendly specially RAMIZ , breakfast, and guest service is outstanding
