I stayed at Bex Sueno Hotel recently and had a really great experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived — they made me feel welcome right away. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the whole place had a relaxing vibe. I also really enjoyed the breakfast — lots of fresh options and great coffee. The location is quiet, but still close enough to get around easily. Honestly, everything just felt well taken care of, and you can tell the staff genuinely care about the guests. If you’re looking for a place that’s both comfortable and well-run, I’d definitely recommend staying here. I’ll be back for sure!

First and foremost, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room and all amenities matched exactly what was shown on the website. The staff at the reception spoke English well, were extremely helpful, and displayed a high level of politeness. The location was excellent, and the breakfast was delightful. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a wide range of facilities. It is also quiet, well-organized, and beautifully decorated. This was my first stay at BEX SUENO HOTEL, but I am certain it will not be my last. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Samarkand. As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that this hotel is fantastic—I absolutely loved it.

It’s good value for money . Reception staff polite and helpful.

They failed to arrange airport transfer despite I was in touch with them . Was unable to contact on the phone . The number provided is not working . Secondly the booking I made allowed early checkin but I was denied and told only twin room is available however latter I was given the twin room in the evening.

Good location, limited parking but manageable. Friendly staff: accommodating and caring. Clean facilities and excellent interior design.
