Before check-in I was sent a detailed information message, at the hotel I was met by a wonderful girl from the reception. She explained everything in great detail upon check-in, she always solved all our questions with a smile, warmth and care! The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms, in the morning the hotel had very good breakfasts! At the buffet everyone can find something suitable for breakfast, regardless of preferences (there are porridges, eggs, sausages, chicken, cheeses, vegetables, yogurts, cereals, pastries, pancakes, fruits, croutons, nuts, cold cuts, etc.).

We stayed at this hotel for a few days and were very pleased. New, clean, modern - fully meets the stated level. The rooms are spacious, cleaning was done daily, everything is neat and pleasant The breakfast was a pleasure: a good choice of dishes, something new every day. It was especially nice that the staff constantly updated the dishes, even closer to the end of breakfast - nothing ran out The location is excellent - in the very center of the city. The main attractions can be reached on foot or easily by taxi. The staff is polite, attentive and always tries to help

The staff is very kind and welkoming: we arrived in the evening and they offered us a complimemtary dinner. They are very helpful as well, helping us to solve any issue it might arise. The breakfast is very good. The building is new and well kept, the room cleaning is excellent. Highly suggested.

All was perfect.

The hotel is great. There is a pool next to which there is a bar, chairs to sit with friends and just relax. By the way, the pool was cleaned every day, the water is clean and clear. There was no coffee shop or shops near the hotel, but the guys at the reception showed us a store nearby, 300 meters away. The location of the hotel is in a quiet street. The view from the window is also quiet. The breakfasts were hearty and varied, thanks to the guys from the reception who helped us organize dinner and our other requests

The hotel was very clean, with good facilities. The staff were helpful and supportive — we asked for extra pillows and sheets, and they provided them promptly. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

Everything was great, but the location is a bit far from the main tourist areas if you’re planning to walk. However, it’s manageable with a quick taxi ride using Yandex G

De Villa hotel. Very peaceful Hotel in Samarkand with a very helpful staff : they gave us a breakfast box as our flight was very early in the morning ! The swimming-pool is not huge but big enough to get refreshed what is very important when you are on July... Most of the time it has half sunny half shadow so it’s perfect ! To go to the key places taxi is about 1/3€ ..

Rooms were clean, spacious, breakfast was good, staff was friendly, owners and reception desk were helpful, polite and warm people. It was one of our best stays in our entire trip.

Their luggage storage rooms were occupied and thus we had to keep luggage in the reception area until check-in was done.

Everything was good, we had the quadruple room and the beds were very comfortable. Brand new hotel, with a superb heated swimming pool. Good breakfast too.

They charged me the equivalent of 9 euros for a small beer that I took from the fridge at the patio on my arrival. Way too expensive for a hotel in Samarkand...

Everything was fine. For those who wrote a comment that there is no elevator. They are adding one so don’t worry.

Just maybe the breakfast could be more diverse!
