The Hotel was exceptionally clean and very shiney. The restaurant on the Terrace was superb - food excellent and Angelina our waitress was fantastic. The rooms are spaceous and you have everything you need.. The restaurant also sells bottles of Craft Beer from Uzbekistan for £1.56p (25000 Som) - Tashkent Lager, Khiva Ale, Bukhara Stout and Registan Garden Unfilteted (German-like) beer which are all fantastic!!!.... but....

the only faults being... NO HOT WATER. This is not what we expected from a 4 star hotel. Reception staff gave us some explanation, but either way, the rooms had SPEAKING TOILETS but no hot water for a shower... unbelievable. The controls for the spa bath did not work and the water was constantly cold!!! Lastly, the banging noises from above room 203 was every 20 seconds and kept us awake for two nights - until way after midnight. Not a clue what it was...

Very nice hotel in the heart of Samarkand ,very clean and new furniture the breakfast is very good and waiters were helpful and efficient especially thanks to Abbos and Shaxram for their work Also I would like to thank Mr. Avasbek for his efficiency and professionalism for helping us to prepare registration paper which I did forget to ask him and he reminded me because we need it when for the passport dept.in airport. Location is perfect there is al makan mall near it and you can take yadex to visit Registrant square and see the traditional play at 19.00 and laser show at 2100

An excellent hotel. It looked good, the decor was excellent. The room was spacious. The hotel is in a really good location, close to amenities such as shops, restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

The breakfast was good. However, it seemed to alternate between a set, served breakfast and a buffet breakfast. The served breakfast was pretty good, but I tended not to want everything provided. The buffet breakfast provided variety and due to being able to choose what was wanted, less waste resulted.

A very posh hotel, beautiful building no doubt. The breakfast was great and the staff were all kind and accommodating. It’s close to most attractions and about 25 mns drive to the airport which is great.

Even though it was the most expensive of all the 5 hotels I checked in during my stay it wasn’t good enough for us. The first night we couldn’t sleep because there were some men screaming until really late. Because our room was close to the elevator the noise of people coming in and out was simply frustrating. And there was a weird smell from the bathroom

It looks like a grand old building but was actually built in 2022. The rooms was worthy of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was reasonable without being exceptional. Staff were very helpful. It was quiet.

The room was incredibly hot when I arrived due to the radiators being on very high. It was like a sauna in my room. I asked the staff to turn them off which they eventually did, and I slept well as a result (with the aircon on to counter the heating, which is a stupid waste of energy).

Very luxurious and nice hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable and the room is perfect. The only negatives, and here I have to be very picky, that the rooms generally have windows all going into the inner courtyard. And if you open them you'll hear the people passing by and talking. But if you keep the windows closed you'll have no problem. Also the toilet is a little bit too close to the wall if you're very tall.

After being disappointed by the terrible quality of another accommodation that I was booked at, I moved to this hotel at midnight and it was like walking into an oasis of comfort. Everything was clean and comfortable and just great. The staff are really lovely and accommodating. The restaurant at the hotel is very good as well and has very well-priced cocktails.

There was no view from the room but that is because I was on the ground floor and in the courtyard there were tables so the wi does were blocked by a type of privacy film.

New hotel located close to one of the city centers. Nice roof-top restaurant with tasty cocktails and meat dishes. Completely new facilities and equipment. Tasty breakfast from fresh products. Good for 2-3 nights stands.

I would say that given the hotel is located not in the heart of Samarkand the roof-top restaurant (our bill was USD 12 per person having only main dish with non-alcoholic drinks) and rates per night are quite overpriced in comparison to similar facilities located closer to sightseeing. For example, in Tashkent’s most famous traditional restaurant “Karavan” our bill was USD 5.5 per person having main dish with non-alcoholic drinks.

The hotel was the best of our stay in Uzbekistan, it is recent and the rooms are great and comfortable, great view from the breakfast restaurant on the rooftop. What makes the hotel stand out is the restaurant at the rooftop (same as breakfast) which serves really great food for dinner, with some live music. There is also a bar at the basement for those who want to party.

Nothing to be mentionned.

Location, facilities and cleanness was good.

I somehow made the reservation for 1 person. When we arrive at the hotel, they kindly warned me about that and requested 60 more dollars to make it a double stay. After I checked with booking, difference for a double room was just 10 dollars 😔 To be honest, I didn’t give a worst point.
