Beautiful and comfortable chain hotel, ideal location for exploring the city. Located in the old "Russian Imperial" part of the city, which is more reminiscent of St. Petersburg than the cities of Uzbekistan. But Close to major historical more ancient landmarks such as Registan Square and Tamerlane's Mausoleum. Nice spa area with pool. Small comments - the sauna was not working for some reason and we did not ask for it to be turned on as we like hammam. The hammam is warm, about 42 degrees Celsius, we would have liked a little hotter.

We stayed 3 nights in a family room (5666 and 5777), it consits of 2 rooms connected. Very spacious, with shower very easy to use( good for elderly), very very confy beds and pillows and plenty of amenities such as toothbrush and paste. The shampoo is very good and the shower gel as well (conditioner not so much). They have a safe and mini fridge (dis not work properly because it is enclosed in a piece of furniture, keeping it hot as a boiler and quite noisy). Windows prevent the noise from the street very well. Breakfast with a wide range of products and of very good quality. They have an indoors and outside pool, perfect for kids. The entire hotel very quiet and 15 min walk from Registon.

The aspect they should definately improve to excell is housekeeping and cleaning of the rooms. When we got to the room, we found roten milk of the previous customers in the fridge, hairs on the floor from the previous customers and the bedside table full of dirt. I told the reception but the cleaning was not as deep as requested. I did not hear one single vaccum cleaner and al rooms are full of carpets (under a bone from a peach). The ac of room 5777 did not work. Still plenty to do.

The hotel is very pleasant, the restaurant is beautiful in spite of the food which is not excellent but just nice. The swimming pool area is relaxing and the pool itself is large and clean. The barman is kind, the two receptionists I met were awesome, one of the waiters was so delicate and gentle. Their names are Faris, Jukhza and Doniyoz. Especially Faris was so kind to make sure everything was fine when a guide I didn’t know went to the hotel to fetch me and Faris even got out to ask me if everything was fine. That made a difference to me especially because I was alone. Thank you guys for being so nice. Hope to see you again and I am sorry I could not say goodbye, so please contact me if you want to. The location and the premises itself were amazing ! Lots of greenery and facilities such as gym, indoor and outdoor pools… The lobby space and the bar are really spacious and nice, especially for big groups. There were 3 atm machines, which is very convenient.

Unfortunately, there are some rooms for improvements such as a concierge or someone who would help the guests with their luggages. We didn’t have hot water the first day and we had to ask for a technician. The toilet in the room is renovated yet the bed and room itself is a little old or out of style.

Like everything about the property. Facilities are exceptional especially the sauna, Turkish hamam, indoor pool, outdoor pool and breakfast at a restaurant. The location is nice as well. You have plenty of good restaurants next to the hotel in fact a whole food street just 400 meters away. Very close to Tashkent central garden and shopping mall(Markor) Close to Registan square just 450 metres away. What makes your experience exceptional is the people. The movenpick hotel has the most humble and accommodating staff. Movenpick lives up to its reputation of providing the best of experience. Bad smells from drainage bathrooms and toilets

Great location, walking distance to attractions. Good breakfast. Good sized and clean rooms. Helped with airport drop-off. Almost feels like a Movenpick-in-the-making, with some rough edges.

Cost of pre-booked car from train station to hotel was rather pricey. On day one, te cleaners came very late (around 16:30), when we were back in hotel for resting up and we had to ask them to come back later. Room service took awful long time and by the time food arrived, soup was cold.

The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is clean and fully meets the standard of five-star hotels. Also, the hotel’s summer swimming pool offers guests a wonderful atmosphere.

In fact, I can say that there are no shortcomings or problems. However, I think the hotel management should abandon the bathtub 🛁 in the shower. Because this thing is very awkwardly placed. Personally, in my case, there was a bit of flooding, and I had to move to another number.

Breakfast was very good! Location was also very central, although it was not a busy area. Also enjoyed the tennis court.

One of our rooms wasnt ready when we checked in. Also, some other guest had the had the key to our room by mistake. I think they had an issue with the rooming. No double / king beds. Option to add extra bed not available online.

This hotel has a perfect location, its within walking distance from the Registan and other important spots in Samarkand, and some of the top restaurants are near by. I also loved the area, lovely and walkable with the family. The check in process was very smooth, the room was beyond expectations.

The hotel reception feels too dull. The pool doesnt have a life gaurd, or proper depth markings. No one to receive your suitcases when you arriive.
