A new hotel in Samarkand. Excellent location and breakfast.

Windows could not be opened. The pillow was extremely big and the mattress was hard, so sometimes difficult to sleep. The reception personnel took too much time for registration.

The location is within 15 mins walk to the attractions; the hotel front is facing the street with trees around it. The room is very spacious and clean. One of the hotel staff is particularly helpful and tried his best to provide alternative and solution when the air conditioner is not working. He has also helped to prepare packed breakfast when I check out early to catch train.

The room I stayed in for 3 nights were blowing hot air without able to lower the temperature causing the room super stuffy with very poor ventilation. The air in the hallway is cooler than the room. I have slept with the window opened for my entire stay. Also, there was someone trying to open my door, and realized that she was assigned to the same room number. Not long after, a staff open my door without knocking or calling. This is not acceptable.

Large, clean and a proper hotel. Very similar to the Movenpick 100m away but at least 30% cheaper. Excellent location - close to Amir Temur monument, Amir Temu Mausoleum, Aksaray Mausoleum, ... 15 - 20 mins walk from Registan Square or 5 mins Yandex taxi The staff were very helpful in terms of places to go and places to eat. The Silk carpet factory was amazing. Likewise UlugBek Observatory and Bibi Khanum Mosque. Siyob Bazaar is a good place for souvenirs and chance to practise your haggling skills. I was really impressed by the open spaces, the fountains, the parks and the walkways with so much greenery. A pleasure to stroll in the evening with the locals.

Some staff had poor English language skills which maybe an issue for some people but I was quite happy to use google translate and interact with staff as much as I could and found them to be affable and very helpful.

Great location, clean and good breakfast.

Reception was unattended for over 30 minutes on 7th Nov. 20224 @6.40 am and didn't find anyone at reception and hotel foyer area. The restaurant doors were locked from inside, and no one responded till 7.04am. Someone opened the restaurant door at 7.04am, and I asked for the receptionist. He came out from the restaurant kitchen. I was able to check out to catch my train for Tashkent at 8 am.

We had short trip to Samarkand and was pleasant surprised of high quality of this hotel. Super clean new hotel with very good breakfast and attentive staff for adequate price. Previously we had stayed in a hotel near by and it is as day and night differents. My highest recommendation. ♥️

All was as I expected. Hotel is cute and new. Rooms are excellent clean and have everything what must be : bathrobes, washing things,mini bar. Breakfast is very good. Hotel was better than biggest part of hotels in Europe:)

Hotel Manager Mr.Shakhriyor help me to solve my personal problem. I have traveled around 60 countries, maybe he is one of the best manager I have ever met. It is not easy to find such a nice manager nowadays.

Relatively low water pressure in the bathroom.

Hotel located in the city central quarter. All attractions are in walking distance. Personal is very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and it is a very quiet inside, which is a great advantage to have a proper rest. Quite a good meal choice on breakfast. Minibar with snacks is also convenient. And there is room service offers Georgian cuisine and not only

Location was great! Hotel is located along a beautiful avenue. Breakfast is decent. Hotel seem to be running with the help of interim management. Little more professional approach could enhance the experience.

Except breakfast, no other meals are served. Little irritants such as AC not working, shower closet jammed etc were experienced by the group.

This is a brand new hotel in an excel ember location. The staff members: Marjona, Shakhriyor and Nastasia were very helpful. I thank them for their kindness and hospitality.

The breakfast did not have much variety. It was almost the same items everyday. Also, there was a power tone night and there were no emergency lights in the premises. It was totally dark.

Brand new hotel. Friendly, accommodating and very courteous staff. Very prompt to respond to any requests and questions specially Djasur and Nisso and the manager Yan. Massive room, extra clean, comfortable beds and varied breakfast.

Need a working restaurant and bar as soon as possible.
