An affordable and worth of its value hotel. Quite a compact but clean and comfy room with all necessary well-functioning facilities such as bathroom appliances, fridge, hairdryer, and TV. A nice breakfast with various courses, snacks, and drinks. Lovely decorations and national style of the interior of the hotel. The location suited me perfectly as it was equally reachable from the railway station and historic center and surrounded by various amenities and nice city places. Special shout-out to the extremely friendly and helpful personnel.

I have stayed during the winter month and noticed that being unused for some time, the bathroom in my room quickly cooled down and, when entered, I felt a little chill.

The hotel was sparkling clean and exceptionally comfortable. The staff went out of their way to warmly welcome us and provide helpful information about navigating the city. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering more than enough options to fuel our day. We felt truly cared for throughout our stay. The hotel's attention to detail and thoughtful hospitality made our experience truly exceptional. We are so grateful for the wonderful time we had and would enthusiastically recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It was the perfect home base for our trip.

The only minor inconvenience was a slight squeaking noise from the air conditioner, but the staff promptly and courteously moved us to a new room without hesitation when we brought it to their attention. Their exceptional customer service made our stay most comfortable, and we are very grateful for their attentive care.

A great place to stay in the city. Very near to the airport and walking distance to some of the tourist spot in Samarkand. The family who owns the hotel were very accommodating. They’re hands-on in everything. Mrs. Azieza was so helpful and kind along with her hubby. Her son, Jose (unsure of the spelling)- was very joyful and nice as well. Superb breakfast with plenty of options. Really commendable to everyone. They will treat you like a family. Room was neat and tidy. Nice ambiance and quiet. Will definitely book the same hotel if there’s a chance to visit the place again. More power!

Excellent location; the railway station & Registan Square are nearby. A Yandex cab is readily available outside the property. The reception team is extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread was delectable & sufficient. The hotel was spotlessly clean & neat — also very well decorated with traditional Uzbek plates & souvenirs. The room & toilet were both extremely tidy. The AC worked sufficiently. Overall - I don't have any complaints at all! I would highly recommend this place. Thanks to booking.com for recommending it to me!

Nice family hotel. Rooms are arranged in a good manner clean, each has a view to the local yard. It was possible to feel fresh air. Super nice personal, very helpful. Clean sheets, towels. Location is perfect - very easy to reach all the attraction within walking distance.

Water was changing temperature in the shower, air ventilation in the bathroom was not working with the closed door.

This was a last minute find as the hotel we booked notified us that they had no water or electricity. The facilities were generally good. The staff was very helpful and polite. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety of fresh foods.

The location was okay. Most people would take taxis to get to the main sights from this hotel. The room size was a bit small as we needed a triple room. There was no place for luggage. The bathroom could use some updating.

Good location with hard working staffs and clean environment! Near hotel there are small supermarket and restaurant can solve hungry stomach and other needs! I spent 3 nights in this hotel and observed every staff was hard working with smile! Reception desk young General manager can speak English, Russian, Uzbek language and Tajik language, very easy to communicate with! Bedclothes are clean. We chose the room on the 2nd floor, it's bigger than 1st floor, spacious one. Satisfied with this hotel.

WiFi not always working very well, I think need to change better routers. and I found ants in the room, wooried they would come bed and bite me.

The inside of the hotel is beautiful. The room was very cosy but a bit small. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a good variety .Very good location and we could get the taxi within a few minutes, Since we were leaving early they even provided breakfast earlier than the scheduled time and of course full range, just not a few items.

There is no lift and we prefer to stay on ground floor, However the staff carried our luggage to the room.

This is a great "value for money" hotel. The Reception staff were friendly & the Food & beverage manager (the lady's name escapes me now) was superb in the morning, always smiling, courtious & replenishing fruits & keeping the dining section spotless. This hotel was within walking distance of Registan Square , Syob bazaar & Amir Temur mausoleum.
