A very cozy and stylish hotel within walking distance of all major attractions. The room was spacious and spotless, equipped with everything you might need. Even slippers, a bathrobe, and a toothbrush with toothpaste (a rare find!). Natalia and Mehrangiz at the reception were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help, give tips, and offer recommendations 24/7. The breakfast selection was also impressive, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The only minor downside was the weak Wi-Fi connection, but as I understood, this seems to be a general issue in the city, not specific to the hotel. Even my eSIM rarely had more than 3G coverage while in town. Highly recommended!

Friendly workers , and all the rooms are very clean. I think its a new hotel .. every thing seems new. For location .. we needed to order Taxi every time we go out for visiting historical attractions .. it was fine with us , but you can find around near restaurants and supermarkets.

1- internet wasn’t working well all time . 2-The breakfast could be more improved by the hotel .. the food was cold and served cold.. everyday the same type of food + the eggs are filled with oil ! And only two types of eggs .. you need to reheat your food every time by the microwave, no fresh juices , only one big bottle of water / Fanta & Cola ! no different pastries only some types of same crepes and french toasts .. the bread are not fresh .. it was hard .. sorry but you can improve the breakfast even if the hotel is small and only 3 stars hotel ..

They welcomed me very well. I arrived at the hotel much before check-in time. It was early in the morning. I was very tired and sleepy after the trip. But my brother at the reception helped me as he did throughout the holiday and gave me the room. Reception service was very good overall. There was a very adequate and delicious breakfast. The location is already perfect. You can reach everywhere by walking in approximately 15 minutes. The surroundings of the hotel location are very safe. It has wide roads and all the shops you can reach. Cleanliness is perfect. Every part of the hotel is very hygienic. I went on holiday to Samarkand alone. I'm glad I went and chose this hotel. I recommend it to everyone. Hope to see you again!

The reception staff Natali was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond by providing us with valuable local information, arranging an early check-out, and even organizing an early breakfast for us. The breakfast was good, and our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

Lack of tourist information but then I find that throughout Uzbekistan. Make sure you know everything before you arrive. No one has street maps in this country
