My 5-day stay at Royal Suits was truly unforgettable. The exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and delightful meals made it a remarkable experience. The warmth and helpfulness of the staff, especially Rustam at the reception, left a lasting impression. We really like the people at the reception - very helpful and nice. Also we were surprised with the size of the rooms - very spacious! Location is very good yet it’s 30 minutes walk from the closest tourist attraction but as an advantage - there’re nice restaurants around.

We assumed that water in the indoor pool will be heated - it wasn’t. But it was just our assumption.

The hotel is clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and great food. BF was comprehensive, the lunch was delicious. Staff was extremely helpful in advising us what to do, where to go, how to go to places.

Not much to do nearby for us. Given the winter weather, we took a 10 min taxi to Registan Square. Affordable and not a problem for us.

Inveterate American travelers. Since UZ is so inexpensive we thought we’d splurge. This hotel is sparkling and new but lacks style. The staff was extremely attentive and the neighborhood quiet

The pool and sauna in the basement is nice but the wet sauna dysfunctional. Breakfast on the rooftop idyllic but the food ho-hum. The room was OK and the bathroom drab. Nouveau luxe, not to our liking

It was in a nice quiet location, close to a few tourist attractions. The staff were amazing and really supportive. Not only did they let us do early check in without any extra fee but also our card wasn’t working while checking in. They let us check in and told us that we can make the payment later. Nice recommendations by the staff about restaurants and places to visit.

The breakfast was pretty mid with limited options and they could be improved.

Loved this hotel! It's new and everything is so clean. The room we stayed in was beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast also had a good range.

Everything was good but our bathroom hair dryer didnt work and the mattress was quite hard

It is fairly new property. Very well located, close to all the monuments , eating joints and places of interest. Staff is very polite, helpful and hospitable. Special shout out to Rustam for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

There is nothing you can dislike about the property .

The service was very good, very attentive and polie. The facility is beautiful, very nice sauna area.

The dinner at the restaurant was not satisfactory at all. We ordered multiple dishes. I asked how soft is the meat and the answer was "soft" but I could not chew it at all. The dinner was frustrating. We did not enjoyed the food.

Loved everything about the property. This is one of the finest hotels i have ever stayed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone for its amazing hospitality, clean property and excellent breakfast spread.

Kindness of the staff. Cleanliness, and very convenient place to stay. Breakfast offers a lot of choice. Rooms are huge and very well furnished. We could not have been in a better place.
