While we thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience, we would like to suggest adding more vegetarian options to both the breakfast buffet and à la carte menu. This would cater to the preferences of vegetarian guests like us and enhance the overall dining experience.

1. brand new hotel, it literally smells new or as old rose in titanic put it "china that never been used, sheets that never been slept in." 2. excellent restaurant offering european cuisine just when you need a short break from a string endless plovs, shashlyks, samsas and lagmans 3. just a few minutes of morning taxi ride from the airport which was exactly my plan

1. the hotels doesnt sell spirits, any spirits, 2. the spa centre being used by the locals as a private bathhouse so i saw alcohol on the table and felt strong cigarette odour - clear oversight on the manager's part

Pros : 1. Super spacious room and bath with a very good design and layout. Adequate lighting, seating and storage space. The room was amazing. 2. The hotel’s location is good. It was only a short distance away from the Registan Square and Shan I Zinda are a short taxi ride away.

Cons : 1. Breakfast was functional 2. By and large the Supervisors and Kitchen staff had an attitude of indifference. Fortunately, some of the hard working staff at the Reception and Restaurant made up for that. 3. Vegetarian options were limited and the kitchen staff were not interested in helping out.

It was very clean and new hotel. We stayed 2 days and It was a comfortable stay for our group. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and tasty. I would probably stay in this hotel in my next visit to samarkand.

Breakfast would be better. And the money exchange machine wasn’t working. It would be inconvenient for us to exchange money. There was bank 5-10 minutes walking distance. I exchanged money from the bank. But it is not a big deal, the hotel is good.

Pleasantly surprised, honestly I didn't expect this level of service. The staff at the front desk are very polite and professional. Cozy room, cleanliness at the highest level, I am allergic to dust, I was worried that the room will be a lot of dust, fortunately the room was perfectly clean and fresh. It was unexpected to see a self-service laundry in the hotel, it is very nice. At breakfast the cooks make very tasty omelettes as if I was at home. Believe me, you will not regret staying in this hotel👍😊

The reception was amazing. The location was close to the airport and restaurants. Cheap to take Yandex taxi into the old city. The room was in general good.

I had dinner once at the hotel, and the quality was lower than a 3 star restaurant in the city. The room temperature could not be adjusted no matter how much I tried, so when the sun was directly shining into my bedroom, it felt like I was in a sauna. All the hotels I have been to in Uzbekistan had a biddet except this hotel

Hilton gives you the service at the highest level possible, as usual! New hotel, modern rooms, exceptional staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Cappuccino could be prepared on almond milk. 😊 We liked everything during our stay. Food at restaurant is above and beyond, truly recommended to visit even if you don’t stay on site. Hotel organized a fantastic comfortable transfer both from railway station and to airport (nice modern vehicle that is rare case for Samarkand). Thank you!

Standard modern Hilton hotel, a good place to relax and rest a bit. Staff are very nice and friendly. Nice breakfast comparing to other smaller hotels in the old town.

Location is a bit far from centre part of samarkand, but understandably as there's no chain hotels in the old town.

The staff are extremely welcoming, the restaurant has great food choices and it is located near to all the great attractions of Samarkand.
