Having free water from the purifier is very convenient. Nice big windows and sunset views, the location was nice for exploring, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well laid out, it was easy to organize our belongings and the value for the money was top notch. Check in and check out was smooth.

The room is definitely well used and not as pristine looking as the photos, with some stains on the walls etc. And mold around the sink that could use some bleaching. Some of these issues are just due to the age of the building and the only thing that could fix them is new paint and despite them we never felt uncomfortable.

not far away from the bus station leaving Dalat such as FUTA tickets, staff easy to communicate, but they do ask you to have certain apps to give notice. I asked if they could send them through booking chat, they can't, though later they helped to print out all the requirements about extra charge and checking time etc.

the room is located on B1 , due to the decending location of the building, so I kind of only see the blank walls of next building despite of having a window. The facility seem a little bit old and the toilet makes noises whenever I turn on the light.

Stayed here for two nights. Was exactly what we needed for a short stop over. Room and bathroom were super clean! Which is the most important thing for us while travelling, Spacious room with all the simple amenities we needed. (If youre worried that there's no aircon like we were, you definitely don't need it. We didn't even use the fan that they provide as Da Lat is no where near as hot as the other places around Vietnam). The 24 hour reception staff Giang and Ha were super lovely, helped us with places to go, hired a bike from them for 75 thousand for a half day without any trouble at all. They also booked us a taxi to the airport for 5am with a very reasonable price compared to other hotels we have been to. Overall a great place if you're looking for something affordable, clean, friendly and simple.

Everything was good

The location is very good, close to the bus station and a little bit outside from the city centre. I wanted to rest a little bit and the surroundings of the hotel were perfect, lovely and quiet. In the evenings you can see kids playing, old couples walking or strolling around with their dogs. Anyway by motorbike or grab you can easily reach wherever 'cause everything is pretty close. The room was big and the view was nice, I enjoyed the landscape at sunset, when it's dark outside and the lights of the houses in front of you make you feel you are in a portrait. My bed was very comfortable. The staff is really kind and gentle, Mr Hà was a blast! He can speak English pretty well and suggested me several things and a very good place where to have breakfast: I had one of the best Bun riu ever. The Lady at the reception too is very kind, I had a problem with the towels and she changed them immediately. Next to the reception there's a hall where you can sit and have a meal, there's a microwave and a sink... As a single traveller sometimes is nice to have dinner not necessarily out. And if there aren't many people Have a chat with Mr Hà! He can tell you funny things 😂 Thanks to him my staying was nice and homie. I think I'll come back to Dalat and to this place as well!

The towels weren't clean, but they changed them immediately as I told them.

Our room had an amazing view looking over the hills and sunrise was really nice to wake up to. We loved the view so much we didn't close the curtains :) The staff were very helpful. Our airport pick-up was a little awkward as they weren't there when we arrived, but we got there in the end. No big deal.

There was a small issue with the toilet flush, which meant the cistern didn't always fill properly. It needed a little jolt. I also wasn't told I'd be charged for the water in the room. I assumed it was complimentary, but was charged for two bottles when I checked out.

they had nice reception staff and try to do all online ( for example check in ) and if you had a question you can WhatsApp. the also help me with tours , doing it myself because I was to late going on organized tour .

it wasn’t clean . the local area and also the room wasn’t cleaned . they ask me if I like that the room was cleaned , they forgot . next day I left . the reception area first thing you see was really dirty ( big mass and black dirt ) give reception some pointers about that . as well al Ofer the place you have posters. looks like if you are on a school explaining you what you can and can’t do . all in local language with pictures really big. as well the room I get was down looking on other building . bathroom was a lot broken , came from wall . I think the hotel was beautiful before but now it need some love again . also I had small problem with internet . for the price you pay I would expect more quality . pictures are old .

I booked because it's a 5 minute walk from the bus station and there are lovely cafes with mountain views surrounding it. Staff stayed up past midnight for me to check in as I arrived late by bus. I really appreciated the amazing service! Hot shower, clean room, and free drinking water on tap. Also, great communication with reception via WhatsApp!

It's quite far removed from the main city centre, but I actually think the area is really nice with plenty amenities. Plus Grab is cheap, so not a problem.

Super friendly staff. Giang and Ha were an incredible support during my stay, always happy to help and give great tips. The room was big and with nice views with very comfortable bed/mattress and pillows! Also they have loudry services that has worked for me very well and cheap.

Not that it has bother to me but not very central meaning you have to ride about 2kms to the night market area.

the staffs were dedicated, friendly and supportive. I arrived one day early but they still let me use many services like borrowing motorbike, shower,...

Only one thing makes me feel uncomfortable with hotel is the noise. The noise isolation was really poor so that this hotel is not for elderly or newborns.

The reception were very helpful in helping us with our motorbikes and bags as well as with the check-in process. They also allowed us to keep our bags with them after check-out to collect later in the day. Very accommodating and welcoming staff throughout. The room was very clean, modern and spacious, even the sofa bed was pretty large. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean with fully functioning showers and water temperatures, probably the most impressive aspect of the room.
