Hotel was great place to stay while in Da Lat. It features some high tech features in the bath room such as heated, self flushing and automatically lifting/ lowering seat watercloset. On top of that there is a mirror you can bluetooth with your smart device to listen your fauvorite music and enjoy LED ambience lights set as per your prefference while in shower. Needless to mention shower control is also digital with acurate warm water temperature display. Other features include but are not limited to super polite staff, comfy beds, large room. Yes, carpet did have a number of stains as a result as a reckless behavior of fellow tourists. Hotel was some 3 km away from city centre (say Opera House) therefore it is up to you have to het there. There was both AC and air heater in the room. If you do walking down to the city center by foot it will improve your fitness level. For the return taxi would cost les than 2 $

1) The breakfast was kind of poor comparing to other similar places. Less fruit, bread and veggie options. You can still get your PHO, fried egg with sunny side up only, cereals, bread for toasting, some ham, local sauces, lettuce mix with onions and paprika slices. Coffee was bellow average. 2) No Bar/ Restaurant/Coffee at site I still would recommend this place if you can live with all above.

great view and modern facilities

During our recent trip to Dalat, we had the pleasure of staying at New Century Dalat Hotel. Located just outside the city center, the hotel strikes a perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility, making it an ideal choice for both relaxation and exploration. We stayed in an Executive Double Room, which was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. A highlight for us was the jacuzzi in the room—a wonderful touch after a day of sightseeing. While the room offered a partial view of the surrounding mountains, some areas nearby are under construction, which slightly impacted the scenery. Nevertheless, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. The hotel’s location is ideal for a peaceful night’s rest, yet still close enough to the heart of Dalat to easily access attractions, restaurants, and markets. We were impressed by the helpful and friendly staff, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and seamless. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at New Century Dalat Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dalat. It offers great value for the price, with excellent service and a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.

Breakfast was included, though the selection was somewhat limited. However, it was more than adequate, and we also enjoyed exploring local breakfast options in the city, which is only a short distance away.

The service attitude is extremely good, not inferior to high-end hotels, from the receptionist to the service staff, the manager listens to customers' opinions and wholeheartedly solves problems. I am satisfied with the dedicated professional service style. Price is suitable in the segment. Not too far from the center, with tram support, luxuriously decorated rooms with wide views. Enthusiastic staff are thoroughly trained, young people are very cute. They proactively served me free water while I sat working in the lobby and talked politely.

There was a smell coming from the drain in the toilet, but after notifying the hotel, they found a way to fix it. There is no restaurant inside. The room has poor soundproofing, so soundproofing at the main door should be increased.

The room so cozy with newlook modern interior design . inlcluded with jacuzzi bathtub ( the reason we choose this place ) .in addition there have the automatic toilet which packed with blutooth speaker imbended in the bathroom ( u can enjoy ur music while be pampered in the jacuzzi after long day travel). The toilrt sit always warm and its have modern funtion. the view from our room magnificently great. i can enjoy my jacuzzi bath wiith cloudy mountain view. what i can ask more to start beautifull and positive day . the staff so genuinely polite and will serve you attemtively. they really know how to give five star service ( most the vietnanese are polite and kind surely) the breakfast amazigly delicious. i could enjoy it along the day if i can . They serve vietnamese breakfast, bread, cereal, juices, yougurt and many more. we can easily got transportation here by grab apps. the hotel also provide rent motorcycle. ( so u can discover abd emplore the beautifull of dalat town by yourself) but we not enought time to rent it during our staying . kind of regret. tat last hank for all the great moment to the hotel and staff. i could not ask more for the superb hospitality in Dalat.. thank you.

Pesonally i think breakfast quite late to be served ( started at 7 am). personally it will be great if it can be start at 6am as the sunrise is around 6 am during our staying ..so we can start the day early.

Elegant modern decor with mod cons. -Japanese toilet. Smart mirror with demister. Jacuzzi bath with 4 water outlet options! Friendly staff. Limited English speakers but not an issue with Google translate! They kindly agreed to accommodate early breakfast even though originally said no. Cereal was yummy! Limited breakfast options though. Air con and heater available UK plug sockets About 10 mins from town but it's nice to be away from the hustle and bustle

Small stain on the bedsheet and room size is good enough for 2 people but not much wiggle room with 2 large suitcases Slightly smaller room than others we've had in Vietnam. Need labels on the switches/manual for all the gadgets, couldn't find the jacuzzi switch easily. No special arrangements to celebrate honeymoon, unlike other hotels in Vietnam .

The service was great. Good value for money. The view was good. Location is walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Breakfast was simple but good.

The bathroom is not ideal hard to get in by and of bathtub. Water goes everywhere. The balcony needs attention. Does not appear 100 safe with glass panels not fully attached. No restaurant at hotel.

Location is amazing. The breakfast staff, the servers. The bellman were excellent and offered great service.

The reception staff were not good when handling problems. We had to change room twice due to the broken toilet, which was still broken when we moved back and the reception were not sympathetic about that nor did they offer any apologies or form of discount or compensation.

Big bedroom with jacuzzi (which was the reason why we choose this hotel) The bedding was very comfortable and clean. The interior look good, nice place to stay when in couple

Noisy : We were on high floor but we still could hear dogs barking and cars driving from outside. We could also clearly hear the next bedroom going around in the morning. Breakfast : Breakfast should not be considered when choosing this hotel

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel felt very fancy. The room and bed were comfortable.

The main issue was the people in the next room played very loud music early in the morning and woke us up - both nights.
