The hotel is really beautiful and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was nice. Breakfast is very tasty and the staff are friendly.

The only thing I didn’t like is that instead of providing you with a welcoming guide or information sheet, they just provide a very stern message stating they’ll charge you for soiled linen and outlining the charges. It made us very nervous to use the linen whilst we were there and was just a bit odd.

Attentive and cordial staff who is always eager to help. Nice breakfast, though it gets old on the third day onwards. Property is kept clean - no peculiar smells so frequent in Asia. Immaculate garden. Value for money.

Absence of A/C. Paper-thin walls that effectively “bring the world” to your room, so to say… Located on a narrow road going down a steep slope making it harder to call a taxi (I guess most drivers just don’t want to bother and ignore you ride request).

Pretty, comfortable hotel room with very pretty garden and nice hosts. We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast could be improved, the soups are sweet and it was challenging to get fresh milk for coffee (not sweet). A plain yogurt and fruit option would be great. There is a paper in the room that warns you’ll be charge for any stains on sheets/towels because they don’t use bleach. This kind of stressed us out (we have a small child) and didn’t feel very welcoming. Also we booked a room w a daybed but had to request sheets for it after we checked in. The location wasn’t our favorite. It’s down a smal road but you had to walk on a very busy loud road to get most places. We ended up taking taxis. There are some cute coffee shops and restaurants across the main road about a 10 min walk with great views. But overall it was a lovely, stylish, and very comfortable stay.

We stayed four nights. The hotel's garden is beautiful. It was wonderful to have breakfast in such a tranquil setting. Our room was comfortable with an excellent shower. The staff were so warm and friendly. It's a little way out from the main town, but wasn't a problem as we rented a scooter. We stayed four nights and honestly wished it was longer.

Nestled in a quiet valley yet just minutes from the city center, it offers a peaceful escape with a charming Italian-inspired design. Lush gardens, lavender, and rustic decor create a relaxing vibe. The staff is warm, attentive, and goes the extra mile. Rooms are beautifully decorated, and cozy. reasonable price.

The villa is a wonderful place to stay, not only because of the garden’s beauty but also the comfortable facilities and staff hospitality. La Em is a hidden gem loacted inside a steep alley but accessible by car and convenient to get to lots of places

love the garden at the villa, very beautiful, and the lobby or common area also setup beautifully and instagrammable , lovely staff phu and vie ( i’m sorry i’m not sure how to spell their name ) is very helpful, they help us to boos bus and transfer from the hotel to ho chi minh, and they also provide us vegetarian breakfast as we are a muslim 🤍, definitely will choose to stay here again if i got chance to come back here

the slope , but its not a problem at all as when we book grab, all the car / motor can pickup at front of the villa without any problem

everything are pretty and confortable, the staff are nice.

the toilet smell bad even it looks clean. I guêss that was the gaz from drainage system. I had to always put the toilet cover down when I went out. the bathroom has a window and ventilator which are useful for this issue.

Really good value for money and gorgeous villa in the center of Da Lat. The hosts, facilities and especially the decor were all lovely. Breakfast was superb!

The walls are quite thin so if someone makes noise in the hallways or on the first floor, everyone upstairs will hear it. Plus the water heating system in our room was odd -- the water temperature keeps fluctuating, couldn't get it to stabilize.
