This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Da Lat — everything is new, stylish, and beautifully designed. The room had amazing lighting, lots of conveniently placed outlets, and overall the whole hotel felt super thoughtful and comfortable. Hot water works perfectly and doesn't run out like in some other places. The view from the room was absolutely stunning! We could even see floating clouds in the morning The staff are so kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious — everything was just perfect. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time

This is one of the cleanest hotels in Vietnam that I have seen so that is super appreciated. Staff is very nice. I liked having a balcony, a good television, bath tub and comfy pillows. Breakfast is standard. I asked for a late check out and they were able to help me with that which I really appreciated. They even tried to give me some soy milk on the way out.

The beds are a little hard, and you can’t stand up and shower so that is to be noted. You have to take a bath or sit down with the hand shower. There is a stated no smoking policy, but I did have issues with Neighbor smoking that I had to deal with. I suggest they implement fines for smokers to discourage it. One of the best parts of about the room is the balcony and if you have an open door, you will get all the smoke. I did have an item missing from my room that I noticed at about 9 PM one night. Apparently my very old and precious stuffed animal had been taken out with the laundry and so that was a little upsetting, but I did get it back in the morning.

The hotel is clean, room was comfortable including the bed. I really appreciated the bath as it was quite cold. Staff was friendly and there was no noise at night.

The breakfast selection could be more international, the meatballs were very tasty but it gets a bit boring eating them for 5 days in a row. I appreciate the extra available food. Most of the time there were no mugs or glasses available.
