The location, the venue and the staff. The hotel, which represents a villa, is set in a beautiful area, with large areas at the back of the hotel with scenic views of the valley. The staff was very helpful in suggesting places to visit, but I'm truly grateful for the restaurant manager who prepared various vegan dishes especially for me every morning. They all took great care of my comfort. The location was close to a lot of tourist sites and transportation by grab was easy and fast.

Some guests were noisy. Since this hotel has basic amenities, the rooms aren't sound proof, so at times the guests in other rooms were loud and chatty till late in the night. The last night I didn't get much sleep because it was very windy, so the sound against the window panes was quite disturbing. There are no elevators to the rooms, but the staff was helpful in taking my luggage up and down the stairs.

The place with a very good view, quite and green. The staff is super gentle and helpful. Breakfast very good, the portion at the restaurant is very huge if you want eat lunch or dinner. Possibility to rent a motorbike. There is a big "plaza" where you can eat dinner outside.

Nothing negative form the place. The problem can be wrong guests at the place as for every place....

Everything was really good. The receptionists were very nice, all the staff was really polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

Maybe it would be better to install a shower curtain in room 501 because the floor got wet a lot while we were taking a shower.

Beautiful atmosphere, there are flowers everywhere, it felt like I was in a fairytale.

It’s a little bit far from centre. But taxis are easily available.

Very nice hotel, beautiful decorated, wonderful view and very clean. Staffs are also very nice.

In the weekend, many other guests arrive very early in the morning, at 5:30, they are loudly. Breakfast, during the weekend is buffet but during the week we must choose in the evening before, it is OK for us because if there are not so much guests, but if we are in 2, we could only choose 1 drink each, 1 coffee or 1 juice each (so if you drink coffee, NO juice or water). For food they bring 2 but drink no. It is strange.

Less choice of breakfast

Our favourite place to stay every time we visit Dalat. Situated down a quieter road on a ridge between two valleys, it's far enough out of the centre to be completely quiet, whilst still walkable into the centre (as long as you don't consider a 3km walk too far). Staff always very kind and helpful. Rooms nice, although a little in need of a refurb in some places.
