Homely feel and vibes with pretty decoration.. Friendly and helpful staff - special shout-out to Dan who provided many tips on getting round Dalat, and even took the initiative to open the gate for our 4am cloud hunting tour.

Need better maintenance of bathroom drainage - flooded after 2 people bath in continuous sequence. Room amenities can be better managed - we were not given any toilet paper and tissue paper, and had to ask for them (the hotel did give them quickly upon our request).

I love and appreciate their hospitality! I got a small issue while checkin my room but the staffs and the owner did assist me and check on me frequently to make sure everything is ok. After i checkout, the owner send me a small gift and handmade card which made my day!

The sewage in the bathroom is not in good condition but can understand that since we live in moutain

So far the vibe is good, quiet, also warm as home.

Noone to open the parking house for us to take the bikes at 6:30am. The room at the valley is expensive which is not really value.

Nice view, beautiful hotel overall, with all the flowers and nice design. Chilled atmosphere.

View is spoiled by garbage bags if you look down from the patio/balcony of your room. Come on guys, can’t you take care of it? It spoils all the atmosphere! Construction works are carried out nearby. Room was very small with tiny shower, not very comfortable. Don’t believe square meters that they indicate on booking. There was some constant technical noise coming from the bathroom, it did not bother me, but it spoils atmosphere of natural silence. We came at night and there was no one, and fence was locked, so we had to wait outside in the cold till they wake up in the morning to get in. Price is too high
