Very comfortable bed and good bathroom. The bedroom had a very cozy couch by the window

The laundry service was extremely expensive. If you do a normal laundry ( 2kg ) it will cost you more than the acomodation it self. It was the only hotel on vietnam that asked for our passport if you wanted to rent a motorbike. We get that obligation in external stores, but we didn't expect it from the hotel that already had all our information

Nice quaint place with a lovely stop go boutique coffee house with art gallery next door with local musicians. Also a nice tea place down the road at the corner. Was close to nite market but there are tons of new places overlooking the lake n market. They gave us a room with a nice balcony n view.

Curtain rod falling off. Centre night stand was missing. Breakfast was very plain n simple but lovely girls trying to please guests. The girls needed more cooking training to make omelettes . All staff needed training to speak more English for foreign guests.

Nhan, the receptionist was very welcoming and helped me out to get a guide for the day. I really appreciate his kindness. I also like the location because it was within walking distance to coffee shops, market, and night market.

I found it odd that the hotel didn’t have an AC. I later found out that all the other buildings didn’t have one either. The weather was cool enough outside, so I popped the balcony door to get some breeze in. Sure enough, it felt like I had an AC in my room. It didn’t need one after all.

The location is very convenient, right in the heart of Da Lat, making it easy to visit all the main attractions in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special shout-out to the gentleman who was on duty every day – he was very kind, always ready to assist us, and resolved any issues we encountered quickly and efficiently. His support made our experience much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to visit Da Lat, as it offers both great location and outstanding customer service.

The breakfast was hit and miss

The location had easy access to Central Market (1.1 km) and restaurants. The staff was super helfull and friendly! The room was nice, with comfortable bed and good shower. The breakfast was simple but well done and tasty. The hotel also rent scooters and tours, which is convenient.

There was mold in the room (below the window that separate room and bathroom) and we missed an Air conditioning - but maybe this is something common in most hotels in Da Lat. Our room was facing the street so it was a bit noisy.

Very nice hotel in Da Lat, well located in a quiet area, with some great coffee shops & cafes located within easy walking distance. The hotel is well set out with a relaxing lobby, working elevators. I liked the hotel carries motorcycles or push bikes for hire. The room was comfortable but lacked a window. Did have a small window facing the walkway, but no view. The staff are fantastic and helpful in many ways. I accidentally forgot to check the safe on departure and left our passports there. The staff were just great, organising the passports in the mail the same day. Thank you for a relaxing and great stay. Must go up the hill 1 morning for a coffee, at Stop & Go Cafe... along Art Street, and listen to the music of talented young musicians.

The night and next morning when we were leaving, the hotwater had an issue and was being repaired.. No other issues

Despite its central location, TTR Moonstone felt like a serene retreat. Our premium room had sound-insulated windows, ensuring peace even when the city buzzed below. The décor—neutral palettes, natural textures—felt soothing after days touring Da Lat’s hills. We appreciated the cozy reading nook by the window. Staff arranged a private driver for a day trip to Elephant Falls, which was hassle-free. My only quibble: room temperature dipped too low at night—heating system could be better calibrated. Overall, a peaceful, conveniently located gem.

Loved everything. The staff was super welcoming and friendly and helped us every time we needed something. The rooms were amazing: Clean, Big, Comfortable, everything! They offered streaming services and because it wasn't working they had a guy build up a whole new setup in our room. We stayed a night longer and they upgraded our room for no extra fees. Would definitely go there again. (For me it wasn't an issue that there was no AC because it was really cold anyway)
