It is very centrally located. You do not have a lot of noise from the street. The room was spacious and the hygiene was up to standard. It is a modern hotel. The bed was very good and clean. I can recommend it

The breakfast buffet was not very large and there wasn't a lot of choices. The room smelled a bit of mold and you couldnt heat the room, only cool, what is very unpractical in a city which gets cold in winter. Also the staff wasn't very friendly when we wanted to have breakfast, a lady told us we only could eat for 30 minutes because they closes. Not very professional.

The hotel is close to the night market and lake. Large rooms. The entrance can accommodate many visitors. Reception friendly and helpful.

Noise from other rooms can be a factor. TV with music turns on advertising the hotel everytime you enter your room. Breakfast very much caters for Asian market.

We arrived and found the porter willing and ready to carry our bags. The reception desk staff were great we checked in and got to our room quickly. We had been in a car the whole day so it was good to soak in a wonderful spa bath. The bed was most comfortable the pillows were supportive. The room itself was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of food.

Being a tall guy I found the breakfast areas low cielings a bit claustraphobic. Unfortunatley its the design of the breaksfast floor.

Very spacious family room, great location, near Xuan Huong Lake and Dalat night market! More importantly, professional and friendly staff, with special mention of Dan, who’s very passionate in his work and gave great recommendations on food and local cafes throughout our stay and made our trip most memorable! Kudos to Dan!

The room we booked was spacious and well equipped. Staff is well trained and polite. Buffet is rich and diverse.

Probably because of previous travellers have smoked in their rooms before, When we first arrived at the reception counter, the first thing we received a handout warning about the consequences that offenders might be fined for 2,000,000 vndong. Also, durian, jackfruit, and those with strong smells were all forbidden… Even though we do not smoke, we felt not comfortable about these warnings and believe that there would be a better way to send the message across.

Easy check in. Location is excellent. Bed is comfortable. Spacious room. Linen and bedding clean. Friendly staff.

The rooms aren't sound proofed. Could hear the neighbouring room. Breakfast is very much geared towards the domestic tourist but eggs on toast are available. Could be cleaner. Black mould on the underlip of the bathroom basin. TV loses reception.

Upon arrival and check in, staff told me I don’t have reservations. It’s been many weeks back that I booked online. Then she told me again she can’t find it and insisting i booked less than 1 week prior. It took time waiting for this front desk lady to find my booking. We have to wait at the lobby.

I especially liked how the hotel bellboys quickly assisted us as soon as we were entering the hotel. The other lady that offered to assist us with our meals was great too.

Spacey room. Wonder if we got upgraded because we got a kingsize bed instead of two single beds. Anyway, very comfortable and a TV with very good pic.quality. Breakfast with a good variety of food. It is a new? and fresh hotel.

The non view from the windows. in this room. But we weren't in need of this because we were out all day. and were in need of a good night's sleep after sll activities during the day h and that we got.
