It was the best hotel we’ve been so far in Vietnam. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. Everything was working. The Location is great, very close to the city and still it was quiet. Thank you for the good hospitality and for the warm welcome. We definitely recommend this place. Nice restaurants near by. A very nice small kiosk we like to mention. it is at the opposite side of the street. Also next door there is a Juice shop, super fresh juice is available there. This is why we give a top rating! we will come back one day.

Value for money. Polite staff, 24/7 whatsapp service to help you. They helped me arrange a last minute airport shuttle, kudos to them. Comfortable beds. Many restaurants around.

One of the pillows had insect eggs i think (looked fresh) but I believe cannot be helped because insects did come in if you leave the window open for ventilation. If we brought it downstairs, I'm sure they'll be more than willing to change a clean one for you.

Loved the views from the room. Also, for the affordable price I got a spacious room with 2 queen beds just for myself! The hotel is also located quite centrally, so it's easy to go around downtown Dalat from there.

The hotel interior is old, and there 2 tiny roaches in the bathroom, but that doesn't bug me much (pun not intended!) Because the hotel leans heavily on the weather to keep the room cool & ventilated, during the day/when there's little to no wind/windows had to be closed (bug season, pouring rain etc), the room gets warm & stuffy very quick.

Big spacious room and bathroom. Staff were friendly. Near restaurants, 15 min walk into the centre. Lots of storage space. For the price it’s a great place.

The shower smelt and the drain was really blocked. Soundproofing isn’t great as we got woken up every morning by either noise in the corridor/reception and/or loud music from outside. Wifi was patchy. No bin in the room. Quite a few bugs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants and helping when we had trouble with needing to rebook flights. Anh at the front desk was very helpful!

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking and there were a few stains on the sheets (but nothing disgusting).

Very spacious and clean. The location was also really good, plenty of food and convenience stores around. It's also an easy 20 minute walk from the centre. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

The toilet clogged but they quickly fixed it for us. The walls were stained but the place was clean.

Nice place to stay at, clean room and good location. They also offer laundry service and Scooter rental. The staff was nice and forthcoming via WhatsApp.

The wifi signal was not the best and communication with staff was a bit of a stretch with Google Translate, since they did not really speak too much english.

Room was clean and tidy. Perfect location in central city to access different places. Staffs are friendly and very accommodated our needs. Prices are cheap as well. Definitely recommend for your stay during visiting Da Lat.

The is also a shower downstairs. E.g. if you are too early to check in. They also bring your luggage in your room, if you want that. There is free water near the check in.

There was no AC (I mean: that was not their fault. . That didn't say there would be one), but I just wished there were one :)

The location is very convenient that it is close to many restaurants and cafes. It is also walking distance to many other actractions. The front desk staff (the young lady) was supper nice and helpful.

It is not soundproof so high chance you can hear your neighbour's conversation 😥
