Almost perfect. Very comfy room, has everything you need, quiet neighbourhood, good and big bed with two nightstands, very kind reception personnel, great facilities. I would book there again.

I did not appreciate the cleaning team, they were talking loudly everyday in the corridor which was waking us up early, they even knocked at our door two days in a row very early and waited for us to stand up to open the door. Very unprofessional and difficult to understand for us. Our room had a strong smell that didn't go away with cleaning.

Fine location. Amazing cafe around the corner for breakfast that did Korean fish waffles and avocado coffee. Rooms were good size, with desk and fridge. Very pleasant. Good warm shower.

Seems to be under new ownership and some things not quite fixed or working. No cafe on site any more. Staff weren’t helpful when inquiring about an additional night. Little English spoken. Very friendly people and no major issues. However quite hesitant.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. At first, I had a slight doubt when I had to text the property to confirm my reservation, but the staff responded quickly and reassured me. The hotel was clean, comfortable and offered a great price. It was also in a convenient location—not too far from the lake, city center, restaurants and cafes. Overall, a great experience and I would stay here again!

Lovely place. Great location, central more than enough but quiet ☺️ Anne and crew are lovely and hospitable. Nice rooms, balconies. Breakfast included is simple but appreciated on top of such amazing pricing and overall value. Must stay!

Small but very cozy room with modern furniture, kettle, fridge and modern bathroom, a relatively hard but still comfortable mattress and good bright lightening with different lamps. All staff very friendly and tried to do their best. Hotel answered always quickly on requests such as late arrival note and the very friendly guy at evening reception helped us to get our pick-up for Futa Bus. The hotel has really earned the "9" overall review, mainly thanks to the really excellent value for money. Other similar hotels were more expensive.

Hotel in a small side street, which is quiet. But downstairs is a big parking bay for buses which caused a bit of noise early morning when buses departed. Noise from construction from other building from 07.30 am onwards, but cannot blame hotel for that. English from staff could improve. Even with using google translate, we were sometimes misunderstood.

Location was amazing! So close to so many good restaurants and attractions. Staff were amazing and so nice. Great value for the location.

I could easily access all facilities. The location is great as it is right in the centre. If the wages were a little more affordable, I could definitely stay longer, but everything was very good.

Perfect stop for a rest and sight seeing. Easy access for grab car or parking for a scooter. Elevator access was helpful. Happy to stay here again.

The place is super clean and just like the pictures. The check in process is explained properly and clearly. Very good restaurants just near by
