I like the design of the hotel. It has such a cozy space with a large room.

The blanket has some dirty spots, and it's not well-washed or changed. I think it needs to be replaced by a new one.

Property was well maintained. There was a porch out front, it was in the city center, there was free hotel cleaning every day and they would replace the towels, we had a terrace, the room was spacious for 2 persons with a baby, the staff were nice and helpful, they accommodated us for our early morning checkin, they helped hire a driver to pick us up at the airport. I’d love to stay here again if ever we go back to Dalat.

Very clean, helpful staff, good shower, comfy beds, clean towels, kettle and fridge in room. Good location, the main restaurants about 8-10 minute walk away. Room was quiet from external noise. Extremely reasonable for what you get. We had a deluxe twin room and the beds were comfortable queen beds. Maid service daily if you want it.

Perhaps slightly noisy internally early in the mornings with guest/maid activity but most hotels are like that as noise travels with the hard floors.

Warm welcome, peaceful, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, balcony with pleasant view, super friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and gave me a raincoat. Beautiful lift! The staff showed me the room before I took it as it had a sloping ceiling in the bathroom. I am 6’ tall but it wasn’t a problem for me. The bedroom was spacious and I valued the peaceful setting.

Fantastic location away from the busy street. Was clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. One room with 2 double beds. Fresh bottle water everyday in the room. Clean towels. Small fridge which didn’t make a noise at night. Great coffee available downstairs. Amazing lift.

Was no extraction fan in the bathroom so got hot in the bathroom when you are all trying to shower. Also as it’s Dalat the climate is cooler. But still hot enough I think to need aircon in the room, we only had a fan. We did open the balcony door. But when it rains this is not possible or at nighttime. So the room got a bit hot. Also when you leave the room, you take the key card out which turns the power of to the room. Not so good if you are trying to charge device’s. While having a coffee downstairs or you leave things to charge while you go out in the afternoon.

Convenient location, the hotel is behind the Golf Valley, a quiet area but take only 2 minutes walk can reach the busy Bui Thi Xuan street with lots of eatery and restaurant and cafes. The hotel offer good hygienic atmosphere, you can tell from the pleasant smell all over the public areas. The only "staff" i met, though i think she was the owner, is so nice, always smile and she even let us early check in, wonderful 🥰

Some parts of the facilities in the room like closet or the fan seems old and broken those should be maintaining.

Fairly convenient location, clean room, covered parking, decent wifi, and room had a terrace.

The room was on the top floor and the ceiling is sloped over the toilet which was known, but not convenient. The room refrigerator barely worked and only slightly cooled things. The cheap top floor room had no air con but was ok due to cool weather. If hot, I would caution to book a different room

Nice place, comfortable rooms

Had to pay cash on settling the account, this could have been a huge issue as a last minute enforced change of plans saw us needing to rush to the airport. Fortunately we had enough on us. If this is a requirement it should be made clear at check in.

It’s beautiful here. I only stayed one night as a pass through. And paid a fiver for the most gorgeous room. Wish I’d been there longer.

Its budget. So although it’s lovely here, it depends on your standards whether you’d agree. There are small issues. But on the whole for the price. This place is unbeatable!

Everything. Hospitality and flexibility of the staff. Comfortable and spacious room and being situated close to the centre.

Nothing. I would humbly suggest the hotel to fix some louvers or openable windows for the rooms to let air come from outside. Due to this I had to keep my balciny door open even at night
