Fantastic location away from the busy street. Was clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. One room with 2 double beds. Fresh bottle water everyday in the room. Clean towels. Small fridge which didn’t make a noise at night. Great coffee available downstairs. Amazing lift.

Was no extraction fan in the bathroom so got hot in the bathroom when you are all trying to shower. Also as it’s Dalat the climate is cooler. But still hot enough I think to need aircon in the room, we only had a fan. We did open the balcony door. But when it rains this is not possible or at nighttime. So the room got a bit hot. Also when you leave the room, you take the key card out which turns the power of to the room. Not so good if you are trying to charge device’s. While having a coffee downstairs or you leave things to charge while you go out in the afternoon.

Nice place, comfortable rooms

Had to pay cash on settling the account, this could have been a huge issue as a last minute enforced change of plans saw us needing to rush to the airport. Fortunately we had enough on us. If this is a requirement it should be made clear at check in.

I booked the double room for me and my buddy and it did the job. We are not fussy and were bike touring so we only needed a comfortable bed to sleep which was what we got. The hotel is in a good enough location. Would be a 20 minute walk to the night market area but grab is easy to catch and get around. The bike parking under the hotel is small, maybe not suitable for the big adventure bikes that we were riding but we managed to squeeze them in and the parking was shuttered and closed at night. The staff were lovely, always friendly and smiling.

Great hotel, especially for the price — nice and clean room, shower was hot (it’s a detached shower head, not standing shower just fyi), everything was as expected. The location was amazing — easy walking distance to the lake, night market, and lots of other great restaurants and cafes. Overall we had a great stay!

Just a note that the shower is a detached shower head, not a standing shower, and it can get the bathroom floor pretty wet, but the hotel provided sandals that we used for the bathroom so it wasn’t a problem at all for us!

We arrived very early with the night bus and they made it possible that we could make an early check-in. The lady on the reception has been nice and friendly. It was quiet and they had warm water in the shower.

The only thing I’d criticize was that there was no doorknob or anything on the bathroom door (because it has been broken). So you were trapped in the bathroom and there was no way to get out of it unless there was another person in the hotel room to let you out again. If you’re traveling by yourself you’d be trapped in the bathroom and couldn’t do anything about it. That needs to be fixed quickly or the room can not be rent to other guests (in my opinion).

The location was great, easy walking distance to cafes. Provided an easy scooter rental for anything further. Most importantly was the INCREDIBLY helpful staff. Despite a pretty strong language barrier the front desk was patient and willing to help. We ended up forgetting a phone there and they promptly responded to my messages, insured it’s safe delivery to us in Saigon on the very NEXT day! Absolutely blown away by such a level of service and so grateful for the team.

It is quite loud and you can hear music playing in the halls all through the day. The room was clean but could use more attention to detail. One must also say that for the price, these things are acceptable.

Great location, close to the lake and not a far walk from the market. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious and had a great shower. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to hire scooters from the hostel to explore the surrounding area and get laundry done quickly and cheaply.

Sometimes challenging to communicate if you do not speak Vietnamese, just be sure to download Google Translate on your phone and you will be fine.

The room is clean, comfortable, the price is very reasonable, the staff is very attentive and enthusiastic. Right in the center so it's very convenient for commuting. The customer service staff is also quite good. Our team is very satisfied with the quality here. In addition, you are also introduced to a very delicious chicken hot pot restaurant. The price is ok too. The hotel has no place to criticize, if you are wondering whether to book or not, you should book it. You will not be disappointed here.

- I notice stain on the bedsheet but the housekeeper immediately change the sheet when i informed them. - it is a bit warm in the room as there only 1 table fan and the location is surrounded by other buildings. It would be better if there is air conditioner provided in the room.

Beautifully maintained building, and inclusions. The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet area close to the heart of Da Lat.

The only downside was the sloping ceiling in the bathroom and small bathroom door. I am 6' tall and had to be careful not to hit my head each time going in and out of the bathroom and whilst in there. Also the beds are super firm, in true Vietnamese style, however don't make for a comfy sleep if used to a soft mattress.
