The room offered great value for money. It was cleaned daily with bottled water restocked. The hot water supply was excellent. When I asked the guy at the reception about buying bus tickets, he went above and beyond by taking me to the bus station on his motorcycle to purchase them. Later, he even helped me change the pick-up location for the shuttle bus. This level of service was beyond what you would expect from a typical hotel. He is a really nice person. I would choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Next to the hotel, there was a dog that barked a lot.

Great location in the centre of Dalat but on a quiet road. The hotel is really nice and you get good quality for your money. I was upgraded to a bigger room because I stayed for 10 days, The room is spacious, very clean and comfortable. Hot powerful shower which you appreciate because Dalat is colder than most places in vietnam. I definitely didn't need AC

The hotel is very clean and big size room. The staff are very helpful and kind. They give give us itinerary where to visit during our stay. Always greet and accompanied us to the door when we plan to go out. Especially Ha, who is very kind. The location is in the center but not crowded n loud. We can walk to the lake and Dalat night market. There are many food options. No doubt I will recommend to stay at this hotel when anyone plan to visit Dalat

I liked the staff, and cleaner. They were very nice to me. Also, i liked having a kitchen to use.

I'm a light sleeper. Unfortunately, part of the time i was there. Guests would get up early, and interrupt my sleeping patterns!

Very comfortable, clean and cozy room with perfect Wi-Fi. The hotel is located in quiet street 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre. The staff is friendly and offers perfect service.

Very friendly and helpful staff Ha, who checked me in, and gave me all kinds of info and help. Even gave me whatsapp contact and helped answer more questions (the other staff in the hotel unforunately do not know English)

Still a bit of walk to center/market, but surrounding still have plenty of eateries etc, so not a big issue really

Amazing location and friendly staff. We rented a moped easily from the hotel. Good shower. We extended our stay here !

Bed was a little hard but not the worst we have stayed in.

Reception are friendly, helpful and speak English. Beds are a tad firm but I had no problems. Wifi always worked well and it's a bonus being able to cook some of your own food if you wish upstairs.

Damn dogs next door can yap sometimes but that is not the hotels fault. They are short staffed so if you are staying longer term they may not be able to clean the room every day. Didn't bother me.

Well positioned, easy to walk to several spots and nice food and coffee are also close. The room was big and clean. Ha is a great host, super nice and helpful with everything, from the early check-in to support with bookings and tours.
