This hotel is comfortable and well managed. We had a king room with balcony and it was spacious and light, having windows on three sides. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The price we paid was amazingly low for such a comfortable room.

The balcony was not really usable because it didn't have chairs and table, and there was a lot of smoke in the air from local burning off. Some of the furniture was in need of maintenance, but this did not detract from our enjoyment of the hotel.

Overall, the quality is very good compared to the price, there is spacious free parking, large beds, clean rooms. Staff are very nice. The hotel has card payments which is a plus.

The only minus point is that the room is poorly soundproofed. Sounds can be clearly heard from the next room or in the hallway. Couples doing private things, or people singing in the bathroom, .... in the next room, everything can be heard clearly from inside the room

The location of hotel is close to the city area. I got the room I wanted. The room is quite spacious for 2 person. The staff is so kind and let us to check in hotel early since we arrived at 7am.

My friend saw a small cockroach in front of the toilet. Maybe can considered to put insect repellent to repel the cockroach. My friends ask room for patio, but they didn't get it.

Firstly, many thanks for Be U Hotel staff quickly helping our group check in early 6 hours without fee. I did book another hotel for 5 nights. However, this hotel didn't look clean as their photos. Luckily, I found Be U Hotel and can stayed here for 4 nights. I wished I could find this at the beginning. This location is great with a lot of shortcut ways to go to town. - very friendly staff - super comfortable bed - cheap scooter rental (£4.50 per day) - great value for money - in a great location for access to restaurants and bars - the hotel itself was in a quiet location, away from busy roads

- the room was quite tired, lots of marks on the walls etc - room was very small - there was quite a lot of noise from other guests, kids shouting in the hallway from 6.30am every day, I think our room was next to the cleaning cupboard as there was a lot of noise with a door opening and closing, also you could hear the man in the next room clearing his nose every half an hour which wasn't great haha

The staff was really accommodating. Helped us get motorbikes and generally just good customer service. Location is close enough for night market. It's on a hill but not too high up. A great coffee shop next to it that played like music, but not too late.

The lady at the reception ‘khan’ I might misspell her name but she was kind sweet helpful with everything I think that’s what you want when your entering a hotel very warm and welcoming we stayed there for 2 nights really loved our stay there.

Staff speaks english quite well and tends to our needs. Room was spacious and felt clean. I cant thank you enough for the staffs here, they are really friendly and helped us to make a call in Vietnamese.

theres no included shaving kit in the amenities. although theres many electrical outlets near the beds, there wasnt enough electrical outlets near the desk inside the room.

Actually, I have confirmed three night at Be U Hotel. Unfortunately, I was informed by Airlines my flight had been changed to 1.5 hours early at 07:50 in the morning. So I prefer changing another hotel near Airport and request Be U Hotel to cancel the third night booking for me. Finally the hotel manager has agreed free cancellation my last night booking. Many thanks for his understanding and consideration. His help is really appreciated.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were big and comfortable. Staff were accommodating, they allowed us to check in early, free of charge.

It was a bit off the beaten track, no where near the centre. The bathroom in the lobby was very dirty and unwelcoming.
