Firstly, many thanks for Be U Hotel staff quickly helping our group check in early 6 hours without fee. I did book another hotel for 5 nights. However, this hotel didn't look clean as their photos. Luckily, I found Be U Hotel and can stayed here for 4 nights. I wished I could find this at the beginning. This location is great with a lot of shortcut ways to go to town. Big rooms and nice bathrooms. Staff are kind and supportive. Please choose this hotel for their great services. Kind regards, Anh Nguyen and friends

- very friendly staff - super comfortable bed - cheap scooter rental (£4.50 per day) - great value for money - in a great location for access to restaurants and bars - the hotel itself was in a quiet location, away from busy roads

- the room was quite tired, lots of marks on the walls etc - room was very small - there was quite a lot of noise from other guests, kids shouting in the hallway from 6.30am every day, I think our room was next to the cleaning cupboard as there was a lot of noise with a door opening and closing, also you could hear the man in the next room clearing his nose every half an hour which wasn't great haha

Staff speaks english quite well and tends to our needs. Room was spacious and felt clean. I cant thank you enough for the staffs here, they are really friendly and helped us to make a call in Vietnamese.

theres no included shaving kit in the amenities. although theres many electrical outlets near the beds, there wasnt enough electrical outlets near the desk inside the room.

Actually, I have confirmed three night at Be U Hotel. Unfortunately, I was informed by Airlines my flight had been changed to 1.5 hours early at 07:50 in the morning. So I prefer changing another hotel near Airport and request Be U Hotel to cancel the third night booking for me. Finally the hotel manager has agreed free cancellation my last night booking. Many thanks for his understanding and consideration. His help is really appreciated.

The receptionist is friendly and helpful, nice room decoration, comfortable bed.

It’s a wet bathroom with an open shower area, no shower screen nor curtain. The photo provided by hotel showed room with a shower screen bathroom, but there wasn’t one when I checked in.

Nice location, off the main roads & tucked away, we were able to walk to the centre of town quite easily.

Interior decor was a bit dated, wall paper & floor boards need upgrading. Understandable after two long years of Covid & much less tourism in the area. The rooms were pleasant enough regardless & it was very good value for money.

New modern hotel with very nice decoration, facilities Reasonable price I really love the location.. you have to walk a bit to market but the hotel locates in a very peaceful area.. hidden gem
