I have been to this hotel several times in the past and this was also a pleasant stay. I made the reservation just right after I arrived to Da Lat and had no issue checking in. Hotel location is excellent with many nearby restaurants and services. The lady at the reception desk was nice, welcoming and very attentive to my needs. Good wifi, free water, basic amenities are included.

Sound isolation could use a bit of improvement, but I guess this is hard to change after the fact. I have no issue with sleeping but could imagine people with insomnia may find it displeasing.

Good bedding and pillows are soft, not too hard. Very clean and quiet room. TV with some international channels. Good lighting. Well equipped... fridge, fan, hairdryer, water bottles, etc. The location is very good,plenty of restaurants around, plus the night market at a walkable distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly. A big thank you to the young lady-- sorry, I forgot her name--at the desk who helped me to book some day excursions with a local tour and also booked my trip to Nha Trang in the Limo bus. She was so nice and smiling. Unforgettable!! I'm not giving a 10 mark very often, but this place is worth it by much.

The only drawback, but small one, was the shower. It was very hard to turn the knub to switch from the rain shower to the regular one...so I kept it on the rainy mode.

Great location. It's in a nice neighborhood with a bustling market area and many good local eateries. The center and night market are within walking distance. I've got a room with a small balcony looking out to the main street below in the off-season. The price is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cafeteria on the ground floor has an outdoor space which is great for hanging out on a rainy day.

The bathroom's a bit small.

Garage 24/7, staff friendly, room is clean and comfortable, have tea, water for free. Instant noodle and soft drinks extra price. Front view was good. Back-view room has balcony. Have elevator. Near city center. Have hair dryer.

No microwave but it’s okey. Can’t access to netflix or youtube on TV.

Close to and easy access to food and supermarket, the room we got was quiet enough too, allow for good night sleep.

there is no air-conditioning but because during the night time it can be chilly to compensate the temperature, but if you are not out in the afternoon, the room can be warm, bases on our experience.

We were originally staying at a very mouldy property down the road. This place saved our trip! Very clean room with a modern feel!

This place is clean and beautiful. I can rent the motorbike easily. Everyone is great and friendly. I will come back here

The location and rooms are good although they has not nice views. The staffs clean rooms every day but they did not change the bed sheet. I like the hotel because it has small coffee place so we has a nice seat area for relaxing or smoking.

I booked the room on last minute and came to ask for early check in. The Staff was so friendly and supported my friend to check in right away. the room is cute and clean which is same pictures on online page. will come back next time.
