Location was nice and quiet, and walkable into town. It is located just off the main road so has easy access without the noise and busyness. Service recovery was excellent. I had given feedback on the noise and light interruptions outside my room between 3 am and 6 am one evening. The staff changed our room the moment one came available and we had an excellent stay after that.

Not a hotel issue but a guest issue. The landings for each floor are located in an airwell, therefore light and sound travels between the floors. This will affect you if you have a room with the window located at the airwell. Make sure you get a room with a window, then this will not be an issue.

Very comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of wall sockets for charging and appliances. Plenty of storage space. Peaceful location close to local shops and restaurants, 5 mins Grab into Town. Refreshments and fridge.

Water took a long time to heat up in the evening. Other Guests were noisy and you could hear people chatting loudly outside room and in the lobby at 1 am. There are no signs for noise to be reduced after 10 pm. Noise echoes throughout hotel. Paintwork on bedroom walls requires touch up to cover big scuff marks and previous leak on ceiling. The staff were helpful but they did not provide a warm welcome or chat with guests.

This is a great little hotel. The decoration is nice and the rooms are very clean. There is an elevator. The bed is comfortable and the temperature is fine - there is a fan which is fine for Dalat weather (I was there in June). Location is good, on a quite street but near the shopping. The staff are great. People on reception are very helpful and the housekeeping ladies are lovely. I stayed for two weeks and was very satisfied with everything.

Location: Centrally located—easy to get around by bike or even on foot. There’s also parking available for cars. Service: Exceptional. The staff were friendly and very helpful; they even assisted me with printing my documents.

Rooms: Nice and clean. It would be perfect if the room had better soundproofing and a proper heating system. Also, my sister and I would feel a bit more secured if there were a door security latch.

Wonderful and attentive staff. Booked two adjoining rooms in order to have more space for our 3 week stay. Hotel in good location in a quiet neighborhood, very clean rooms with French decor, soundproof walls, TV with Netflix, comfortable beds, good shower and wonderful daily cleaning service.

The WiFi would sometimes go out for several minutes at a time. Also, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the drain in the bathroom which was brought to the attention of the hotel staff. They immediately addressed the issue, not quite sure what they did but it did help even though it did not entirely eliminate the odor.

A budget friendly hotel located in a really nice, mixed-use neighborhood. The best thing about this hotel is that it faces a wooded hill covered in pine trees, which makes for a peaceful morning wake up. Unlike some of the rooms we have rented on this trip, the rooms here are as shown on their website. Ours had a balcony and was a really good size. The bathroom had great water pressure and hot water was not an issue. The breakfast is included and you get a choice of what you would like to have: pho, bread, fried eggs, meatball soup, and of course bananas. Overall it was a great stay. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

The cleaning staff was a bit lackadaisical overlooking some large spiderwebs in the corner and dolling out toilet paper one roll at a time. The front desk crew was somewhat better, but a bit flustered with communication. Luckily we all survived our interactions.

At the reception you can ask for help about everything. For instance, they have a list of nice cafes and restaurants, which they can print for you. Also, they can book excursions for you at okay price. Furthermore, cleaning everyday and they helped us to book taxis and a bus to our next destination. Great stay!

There is no AC in a room, but it is usually fairly cold in Dalat, so there was no need.

Rooms are good, small but cozy. Location is good, easy to access by car. It's also nearby the city center. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

The hot water was not stable, it's hard to control the temperature. In-room phone lines were broken too. The key-holder for lighting was also unstable, needs to change to another key card. Pillows are hard for me. Overall cleanliness needs to be improved too.

We had a great 2 night stay here with a comfortable large bed and a good shower. The hotel felt very secure with key card access and 24hr reception. The location was good, about a 10 minute walk from the main restaurants. We also rented a moped through the hotel which allowed us to go further out to explore Da Lat.
