Hotel is nice decorated and buffet breakfast is very good Room is face to the Main Street that quite noisy from time to time No air condition just fan Curtain is too thin that sunlight enter the room & wakes up early morning 15 mins walk to night market and Xuan Huong Lake, many local restaurants around

Very clean, very helpful staff, close location to a good foot massage place, eating establishments, and a store for lesser expensive supplies. Price was amazing! What a value! Very nice breakfast.

I only wish I would have read more details as our room did not have air conditioning. It was cool enough that we did not need it. This isn’t the hotels fault but, there were a few roosters that crowed at 4 am everyday. It’s a busy street, so there is some traffic noise, but did not bother us.

Really new and nice hotel in a very good position (there are good restaurants and cafe around, we advise MiMi restaurant) The room is spacious and bathroom has a proper shower but is on the same level of the rest of the bathroom and the water was exiting from below. It was tidy and clean but they need to be careful because now everything is new but you can see that it will need a DEEP clean sooner or later.

Breakfast can be improved for western travelers both the salty and the sweet (some more croissants, better marmalades etc).

The staff were friendly, a little bit of a language barrier at times, but overall, they were very attentive. I emailed prior to arrange a birthday celebration for my boyfriend, and they were able to deliver a great surprise decoration of the room and cake, fruit, and champagne. The hotel was on a road that had a lot of options for food the further you walk down it.

The room is a bit small and run down.

Front desk receptionists are very helpful and thoughtful.

In short, i forgot my anker power charger at the hotel, quite expensive one. I checked out in the morning and leave my luggage at the front desk, came back at 5pm to the airport. But the room cleaner never find out or report. I am about to leave Vietnam soon and don’t expect it could be found and send back to me( shipping costs too high). But, it does giving me some negative feedback to this hotel with it’s relative higher price than others, it doesn’t meet my expectations.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre surrounded by restaurants and eateries. Enjoyed visiting the mini marts around for convenience of getting water and snacks. There is still a lot of construction on the roads around the hotel due to road works by the government for upgrades and therefore dusty.

The staff were very friendly. Small issues with our room safe and damaged jug cord were dealt with promptly. The breakfast was exceptional and provided for westerners.

Difficult with language translation. Needed to use google translate as staff could not understand our english. Room was too hot for us, no airconditioning.

The staffing across all departments were amazing! Their level of professionalism, sincere, proactiveness and hardworking is commendable! Their reservations team and customer service hotline were also so helpful and patient with explaining or advising of any information and responding to queries! We booked two rooms as a family travelling! They quickly assisted with accomodating us to a different upgraded room when asked (charged the difference - and was explained) based on availability within 20mins! Shower was great! Nice strong water pressure! The design of the hotel throughout was immaculate, simple yet on point with modern elegant designs and furniture! Definitely good value for money - service, staffing, accomodation and location wise!

Whilst mindful of the Dalat weather I would recommend room with a balcony to ensure nature air circulation and different rooms without balcony and having only a fan can be slightly humid or slight suffocating feeling! The towels could be in a better state though as was slightly on the rough side and some had that odd odour. The breakfast buffet could definitely improve, lack of options, lack of staffing to attend to filling up drinks, coffee and food! Or to promptly serve food. On the last day they had to cut the buffet service due to lack of guests staying so we had to order off their dine-in menu which turned out to be a great breakfast - tasted better, sufficient serving size and prompt efficient service!

Location and price! reason why this is my 3rd visit - always chosen the same hotel

there is no aicon - however this is not that important for me as I travel when is a bit cooler in Dalat so good for me however if i am there in summer it might be too hot without aicon
