The place is close to the airport so it’s very convenient if you’re traveling. The area is pretty noisy and crowded but the studios are quiet and we were lucky not to have noisy neighbors. It’s clean. Both towels and sheets were white and smelled fresh. The owners are welcoming and helpful.

The room had a strong musty smell. We had to leave it open the whole time and only 2 days later, it got better. However, It when you leave the balcony door open the whole time, you will get some mosquitoes. I would recommend to let the rooms dry properly after cleaning them and then use some mosquito repellent.

Most importantly for me is that it's clean, and this place was clean. I think it's been recently renewed too. Looks very new inside. It has a kitchenette even. The manager of the hotel and his wife were amazing too. They were so nice and helpful. We left our luggage before check-in time and in the evening when we returned we found in our rooms. They did the laundry for us same day with very good price. The manager can surely help organize transports, because he said car to Hoi An should cost 250k, but Grab was 350k. Probably he can recommend a good and cheaper option. Location is also perfect. We walked from train station (7min), and we even walked to the airport (30min).

From the very start, communication around our upcoming stay was amazing.. Once we arrived, we were greeted, and check-in was quick and easy. Our room was just perfect for us, and the children loved the bunk beds. The room was extremely clean and tidy. We loved the shower, it was so hot and the pressure was the best. So far, the best shower we've had in Vietnam. I think what makes this place so special and amazing is the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they organised a driver and tickets at the last minute for us..Anything we needed they helped us with. They organised us a driver to get to Hoian and back again..Amazing! We loved the area and the shops. Overall, we would stay here again. Our family all loved our stay. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful with your friendly and helpful service.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

We stayed at 'AHA Thang Bom Apartment' for 2 nights. It is situated close to the main road, hence can be easily accessible. Da Nang Railway Station is just a 10-minute walk away from the property. The receptionist was welcoming and pleasant. The check-in process was smooth. The Deluxe Studio we booked was in the upper floor and it was accessible by an elevator. The room was spacious and had good lighting. The interior looked modern. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was equipped with a wardrobe, a refrigerator & a television. The bathroom was clean and hot water worked without an issue. Towels, soap & amenities were available. Water bottles were also provided. The kitchen area was situated inside the room. There were no cooking pans, hence we had to ask the caretaker to provide them. The kitchen utensils we tried were functional without an issue. Laundry service was also available and the charges were very reasonable (per kg). Overall, it was a great stay in Da Nang.

Friendly front desk. Nice room with kitchenette. Quiet at night. Can walk to airport in about 40 minutes. can walk to train station. Can take the bus to Marble Mountain or to the beach. Walk to the beach in about an hour.

Location is in a very busy commercial area. Not touristy.

The interior is all pretty new and modern, so it all looked and felt very clean and comfortable. We had a family room, which had a good layout and felt spacious. Comfortable beds, lots of tables and bench space to place personal items and even a little kitchen. Close to the train station.

Only had two towels when we checked in, but to be fair we booked only right before check in as we had planned to take a night train that was significantly delayed. Some noise from outside.

We arrived on a flight that had been delayed repeatedly throughout the night ultimately landing in Da Nang at 4am. The staff waited for us! They looked as tired as we felt but they were so warm, so welcoming. We asked if we should pay upon check in and they said, no- you go to sleep and pay when you’re up. Unfortunately we had to leave for the train at 10:00am and never got to enjoy the property. The location is minutes from the airport and the train station. Clean, comfortable, and kind.

It is spacious and it is comfortable. Everything worked as it was supposed to. Location great near train and airport. The staff were super super nice.

The only thing I would change is the shower. The glass wall is too narrow and the rest of the toilet gets all wet. Also maybe have a place to put the shampoo and shower gel? Even a small plastic basket. That’s it. Everything else we liked

We had a very pleasant stay at this self-catering apartment. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The comfy bed ensured a good night's rest, and having an electric stove was convenient for cooking (especially with the seafood market recommendations from the building owner!). The proximity to the railway station and the airport was a plus, and the easy motorbike rental made exploring Da Nang and going to nearby supermarkets a breeze. Room cleanliness was well-maintained throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice. P.S. There's a fantastic Fine Arts Museum nearby. Definitely worth a visit!

Just a few hiccups really. Outside noise from planes, barking dogs, and neighbors' parties could disrupt tranquility so a pair of good earplugs is highly recommended. Drying space for towels and clothes was lacking, which is important in a beach city like Da Nang. The apartment's location meant you needed a motorbike to reach the bustling tourist center, but the hosts made that easy for you. No problems here at all! The room was on the smaller side, and kitchen utensils were limited (just a couple of bowls, glasses and chopsticks). But the hosts were responsive, thoughtful and very accommodating, making the stay pleasant overall.
