Great location, clean tidy room

Breakfast lady chef was always grumpy, even yelled at me for taking a banana when leaving the restaurant. Restaurant stunk of old cooking smells, hygiene of food was questionable. Never ready for opening time, cold coffee which had to be microwaved on 2 different days. Hotel was great, but the breakfast staff need to get organised

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the train station. A vast array of eateries/coffee shops etc., both 'Western' and local (Street food and markets) all around the Hotel area. We spent 3 nights here. We got the train, soft seats, from Hanoi and back. It's about 2 & 1/2hrs one way. Fantastic parks opposite the Hotel that you can follow down to a 'lake' followed by the river. We got an upgrade to a suite = always a bonus! The room was very clean and we got clean towels/bins emptied/floors cleaned (not that they needed it)/bed re-made etc. every morning. Basically, the cleaning ladies were very professional. Temperature adjustable air-conditioning control in the bedroom and separate adjustable air-conditioning control in the kitchen/lounge area. However, you can also open a large window in the kitchen and the sliding doors to a small balcony in the bedroom for a refreshing breeze to flow through. There are limited cutlery/plates etc., but enough for our needs as we mostly ate out. There was a cutting board and knife to cut up some fruit, and some delicious pastries from a great bakery just down the street. There was a large fridge/freezer in the kitchen with a few softdrinks and beers from memory, obviously for purchase. They do supply two free 500ml water bottles on the table that they kindly replaced each day when they did the room. There was a kettle, but limited tea and coffee provided. We always travel with our own supply to suit our tastes and needs, so we were fine. There was a water filtration system in our room, under the sink, with a separate tap outlet over the sink. We still used our own bottled water, but each to their own... We found the breakfast, provided in the room price and on Level 8 of the Hotel, to more than meet our needs. It's not 5 star variety, BUT we thought it was great with both Western and Asian options.

Slight issue with the shower leaking, but a very minor inconvenience.

The apartment was clean, functional but impersonal. It had everything you needed including washing machine and some basic cooking equipment. We were given an upgrade but only used the place as a base to get to Cat Ba for the day. Not sure Hai Phong is a tourist destination. However, apartme t is about 5min walk from the railway station. And hotel cheap compared with UK.

The staff struggled to communicate. We wanted advise on how to get to Cat Ba but my husband ended up sorting it out probably at a higher orice. We had to ask twice for spare towels and wouldn't ket us check out until they checked the room which is something we've not experienced before. All our other places in Vietnsm were so friendly and trusting.

The location, swimming pool on 13th floor, size of room and amenities in the room. Massive tv with Netflix pre-installed, washing machine, big bathroom, lots of space for storage, iron with ironing board, comfortable bed and great desk for doing work.

Breakfast was very limited but I would consider it a bonus given breakfast is offered in the apartment with your stay. Eric who is working there was very helpful and polite welcoming guests and tending to their needs. Another thing is that if I lost my key card, anyone who found it on the street would know exactly which room in the apartment hotel it belongs to. Some advice to management is to remove the sticker mentioning which room the key belongs to.

Great for self-catering, with microwave etc. Spacious and light. Really well-designed, eg. a mirror with natural light. Fantastic facilities - i especially loved the bathtub and washing machine. Wonderful location, with the park opposite. Staff were very responsive and helpful.

A tea towel would have been nice. There was only one bedside reading lamp.

Yes I am satisfied their service in general.

Staff must remember after they scanned our passport from their scanner. I almost forget to get it back. My other colleague told me to get it back from the staff. It makes me nervous. There is no body or security guard in front of the count. The elevator do not need hotel card permission. I feel it is very dangerous. Everyone can come to hotel floors. However morning they have plenty of staff and a security is laying on comforty chair. I hope they can have a better management and look professional for their job.

This is a newly built apartment hotel in a good location in Haiphong m. We loved that other room size is huge with a couch and comfortable bed. it has a washing. aching with a dryer function, but it takes 7 hours to complete the cycle! No laundry soap provided, but it has water filter in the kitchen and a good size fridge. This was one of the best value apartment hotels we stayed in Vietnam. Breakfast is great too. There is a bank downstairs if in need of money exchange.

Scandinavian inspired design gave this room a lovely open plan feel and the amenities were high class. A clean and comfy couch was very welcome after 4 hours on a motorbike in 36+ deg heat riding across the red river delta. We were so happy to kick back and use the excellent Samsung wide screen smart tv as the ducted AC quickly cooled the room with dry air. The AC was so good it dried our clothes over night as it rained outside. The samsung washing machine was an excellent feature and the staff kindly gifted us some laundry liquid. The rest of the bathroom was well equipped and clean. The bed was comfortable and extra wide. The entire apartment was very clean and offered sweeping views across downtown Haiphong. Breakfast is a buffet with made to order Banh Da Cua (crab noodle soup) and eggs plus all the other bits you want, and great coffee.

The bed frame creaked a little, which is surely an easy fix.

The staff here were fantastic. My travel plans had changed last minute and the receptionist helped me to organise my ongoing travels. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I had a great night's sleep in this hotel. The shower was lovely with lots of settings to suit everyone. I was able to do laundry with the washer-dryer machine in the room. The hotel was in a great location with the nearby park and lots of options for food.

I didn't get any information about the breakfast. There was no mini bar stocked inthe room.

Location and size of the room is very nice and comfortable. Breakfast food and staff are amazing.

Downfall: There is only 1-kettle pan, 2-small plates and no knives. Cooking equipment inadequate for actual use of this kitchenette. Coffee cup very small.
