The room was clean and spacious. WI-FI signal was good.Bathroom was spacious. The main point this property had lift access. Breakfast was OK (nasi lemak, fried noodles,fried kuewtiau, sausage, fish nuggets, toast bread, hot coffee n tea). Ironboard was at every level for public used.

Water pressure was not so good (sometime high pressure and in a minutes in turns to slow). Coway drink water machines only available at 1st and 2nd floor. Unfortunately, 3rd floor cannot get access to the Coway drink machine. On 2nd day, I went for breakfast at 8am but only had fried noodles and kuewtiau. Staff told us the crowded was huge today (well that’s not our problem)

Breakfast was just nice for me as I am on the move. Just nice to fill up before going for meetings. Nice calm environment near the sea even though not beaches. Good place for morning jogs.

The wash room having kind of smell that I reckoned from the floor trap that connected to the soil and waste pipe which may not having the odour trap (S or P traps). Better get the plumber to check the waste water piping and get it resolve before it is getting worst.

I came here with zero expectation and turned out it was a good stay. My friends seem happy during the stay. The room was spacious and the toilet is cleaned. The breakfast was ok as well.

Our room doesnt have a window since we booked at the eleventh hour and it didnt provide the iron in the room. You had to go to the common area to iron the clothes

I liked that the hotel had a lift & smoke-free environment. Parking was also free & convenient. Buffet breakfast provided was good & filling. We had a peaceful & restful stay. Would not hesitate to book this hotel again in future.

Would have been good if bedroom slippers had been provided & 2 access cards had been provided per room.

The hotel was in a convenient location and walking distance can easily reach the restaurants and eateries nearby.

Only nasi leak and fried noodles were provided.

I think breakfast can be improved. The menu was great but the portion was not. Refill will only happen once most of the dishes ran out. Supposedly they could've replenish it when people are coming in instead of having to ask for it to be refilled. I came in on the last day of my stay at 8:15 am and most of the dishes have ran out. Breakfast is at 7am till 10am.

Free wifi is quite slow but it is what it is; free, so you can't complain much.

Location wise is good. Staff was very helpful and accommodating by allowing us to upgrade our room.

The breakfast was not so good. If we ever go back to Pontian, we will not get rooms without windows. They are so stuffy and don’t smell good.

The location is strategic. This is the only hotel that has lift, which we needed. The parking was easy around the hotel. The aircond and lighting are great in the room. Lovely hot shower too with basic toiletries amenities were provided.

The soundproofing need more works to be done, the noises came in from birds chirping from the surrounding trees were disturbing and started at wee hours around 3am. Would be better if they can provide more pillows as the given ones are too thin and soft.

Should yr assistance restaurant stay near the door and not call the guest when they go take b/fast. Thank you

The location very good

The location by the seaside, walking distance to have a brief walk by the sea. nearby restaurant & shops, ample parking space. The breakfast! although the menus were simple, but it was delicious! especially the aromatic nasi lemak & sambal
