We stayed in an apartment at Fraser Residence Hanoi and were very pleased with the comfort and space it provided. The apartment was impressively large, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area, and a separate bedroom — ideal for unwinding after a busy day in the city. The bathroom was also very spacious, with a modern shower and a deep soaking tub with seating, which added a luxurious touch to our stay. The breakfast buffet was extensive and varied, offering a great mix of Western and Asian dishes to suit all tastes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. In summary, Fraser Residence Hanoi is a great option for travelers seeking a spacious, well-equipped apartment with excellent service and a generous breakfast. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The only minor downside was that we could hear some street noise in the room, even though we were staying on a higher floor. However, this didn’t overshadow the overall quality and comfort of our experience.

Picked up keys from front desk. Receptionists were helpful and kind. The breakfast was wonderful, well cooked. Great variety of foods for international travellers. Breakfast between 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM accommodated early starts and late sleeping. The staff was attentive, kind, and efficient. The beds were very comfortable. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The kitchen was sufficient. The hotel would be great for a long stay.

The second time we used the hotel, we only got one key. Not a big deal. We could have asked for another one but our stay was short and we didn't need it for the most part. The remote for the TV needed batteries. Internet/signal connection for TV channels was spotty for international channels. I understand we were in Vietnam, so perhaps it couldn't be helped. The pool wasn't heated.

This was my favourite hotel to stay at during my trip to Vietnam! The hotel room was beautiful and the amenities were great. The swimming pool wasn't too cold and there was always a staff member at the pool/sauna/gym area. I couldn't figure out how to use the steam room unfortunately. Didn't get to use the golf area. There was massage chairs in the lounge which were also amazing. All the staff greeted us whenever we arrived to the hotel, and even while walking up and down the hallways. Hotel service was superb! The room looked exactly like the photos and it was cleaned everyday we were there. I will definitely come back here if we come back to VN. There was also a cafe opposite the hotel as well as a convenience store which was great for snacks.

It is a little bit far from the 'tourist' areas so took us around 35 minutes to get to Old Quarters and Hoan Kiem Lake. I wish we did breakfast at the hotel as there aren't many restaurant close by. Breakfast was a bit expensive (300k VND per person) so next time I will probably include it!

Excellent service, the room was really nice, super clean and comfortable with modern and fresh furniture. They have several lightning options in the room. The bed is really comfortable, there is a lot of service and the staff is very nice. There is a children's playhouse which was awsome and we could stay at a cool lobby for a couple of hours after checking out, thank you for that!

Kitchen should be a little more equipped, but it was fine and also very clean, so its just a small thing. Everything was really great

Cannot fault they take pride in creating a space that’s elevated. Spaces clean, staff lovely, facilities brilliant! Room service really good food I was located here for work for a week and will likely come back here yearly it’s great

Location, very far from Hanoi main areas like old town you’d want to be. Without a car not a huge amount of food options. It’s more high end residential area but food spots are nice

Charged for ice, left facility at 0615 and weren’t allowed to take any breakfast with us so 15 mins to inhale food. Very limited English only reception staff could speak English. Check out problematic as they couldn’t get card machine working even though they tried the night before and still couldn’t get it right Then made 2 transactions 1 for room and then for additional charges of ice and soft drink

This is one of the very best places I have stayed at. Traveling with 3 kids able to have a big apartment with great gym, pool, washing mashine in the apartment, breakfast for less than the price of a normal hotel room was much appreciated. Not to even mention golf simulator which kept the kids occupied for hours.

This was out of this world brilliant! Soooo clean, modern and just excellent Food was fabulous and we ate all our meals here lovely and fresh and our restaurant manager Ricardo was awesome and friendly

Little bit out of the city but no real issue as we used grabs and the hotel has a shuttle bus

It is a creat hotel , clean and tidy Room service clean the room and change beds every day Professional stuff and supportive They sent me a dish of fruit with flowers as an apology for a small issue in washing machine, this what call 5 star service
