I got an upgrade which was awesome, even though I didn't need the extra space. Everything was nice and new. There was a microwave, washing machine, new smart tv. Aircon worked well. Bed was super comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. A nice city skyline view. The property is a 15 min ride to the Old Quarter, but tbh, I was quite happy to be central but not in the thick of it as the old quarter can be intense. The hotel is close to a 4-lane road, so there is the hum of constant traffic except for the wee hours. But that wasn't problematic from a sleeping pov. One of the lakes was very close by which provided some nice walking strolling opportunities. Bring a face mask if you like to use scooter taxis.

There's a button to press that activates heating the water for the shower and this button is on the light switch pad. I didn't realise I needed to press this so 2 out of my 3 showers were tepid. The bathroom sink was blocked and drained very slowly. It was fixed promptly however.

Location was quite good for the price. Staff was quite ok. English was acceptable. Security was excellent. Facilities were really good, the apartment was excessively large and the terrace was amazing. Overall a very good accomodation. The gym we didn't use and there was no sauna as I was told there was.

The main rubbish bin under the sink was full when we checked in, other than that, great facilities and service. Also my wife left her expensive European flipflops by mistake and we didn't check out completely until the staff checked the minibar, but could have informed us there were flipflops left at the door and returned them before we caught our prepaid transfer service to the airport.

Wow! This was an amazing property for the price. Everything felt new and the facilities were so clean and nice. The location is good too, away from the very touristy parts of the city but still walkable to restaurants and shops. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was great. The only small little thing was that the laundry machine was a bit confusing to figure out, and there was no guide so a little tip sheet for that would’ve been nice. But it was a huge plus to have in unit laundry.

Stay in this hotel was really good experience which met our needs of a clean place with kitchen & comfy beds. Rooms were very clean and we stayed for 4 nights. The property is far from old quarters but we could easily commute around with grab taxis. Close to convince store & cabs were easily available all time. Well maintained interiors & a cozy bedrooms.

Front desk Staff has to be more friendly & attend the needs of customers immediately. Hospitality was lacking & they have to be more attentive to the requests.

I had an exceptional stay in this hotel in Hanoi! The apartment was top notch - brand new, spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities you'd need, plus a nice view. The girl at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful and made check-in smooth and easy. It was an excellent experience at a great price. Highly recommend it to anyone, and I’ll definitely be back. Thanks to the hotel staff for such a comfortable stay!

Very modern, spacious apartment with all amenities such as kitchen, fridge, microwave, washing machine with dry cleaner, comfortable bathroom. The large balcony with a wide view of the Hanoi skyline was fantastic. Unfortunately due to late arrival we were not able to use this facility as much as we would have wanted.

No big issues really. Grab driver has to be told to pick up on the local street, not the main road.

Spacious rooms and amazing terrace. We stayed for 3 nights and had enjoyed the extra space. Very modern and clean.

There were some renovations taking place above us so quite noisy in the morning. Traffic sounds early in the morning but you soon get used to it and not a major issue. It would be great to have more irons as we were not able to get one due to other guest having it.

Great price, nice sized studio rooms with everything you need including good washing machines. Would stay here again. Aircon works amazingly, best out of all the places in Vietnam.

It’s a bit further out from the old town. But it’s nice as can walk easily to the west lake for breakfast and coffee.

It was only two months old, and everything was shiny and new. A large TV that had Netflix and YouTube, this may not be your main priority, but I enjoyed a few good film.

Although it didn’t detract from my stay, the room I stayed in had no window.

Staff nice and friendly when I smelled cigarette smoke they moved me in a hurry to a higher room and made sure I still got my clothes from the washer later very kind very clean had Netflix already logged in nice places to eat nearby very nice would stay again
