Everything was really great. Great rooms. Good restaurants close by. Great water pressure. 24 hour reception. Modern design We went to the local businesses around the shopping plaza to do laundry. It is close (about 5 minute walk) and only 15k per kg. I really like this hotel but the location is . . . quiet.

Location. The location is a bit far from anything substantial. There are a couple of various marts and restaurants around, so you can get what you need.

A newly renovated unit with new equipment like minifridge and kettle; and new, modernized bathroom fixtures. Very stylish lighting arrangement. Soft-comfortable bed. Though there was an ashtray in the room (I'm a nonsmoker) I did not smell any cigarette odor nor any chemical spray scent. The room smelt very neutral and fresh.

A place to hang clothes, like a small wardrobe or clothing-rack with hangers, or even a coatrack works really well. But not a big deal at all.

just stayed here for few hours before my flight but all good . just some construction going on beside the hotel was bit noisy but not a problem for me .

The staff are unprofessional in a lot of senses, I don’t even know where to start The staff do not speak English, so you always need a translation app at hand They accept cash only (regardless of the amount, and they tell you on the last day of your stay) We were put into the smallest room (ca 10 m2, 403) despite our 2 week stay We did not have hot water in 403 (when we reported it, they offered another room) There were tiny ants everywhere in both rooms Both rooms were pretty old (cracks on the wall, mould here and there, tons of dust in 403) They never clean your room unless you ask them to The door latch was broken in both rooms No space to place your clothes It seemed that locals use the hotel for nightlife. We heard significant “noise” disturbances. You can hear everything coming from both outside and next door. The list goes on and on. However, based on our firsthand experience, we encourage potential guests to exercise their own judgment when considering this hotel.
