The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. This quiet retreat is perfect for those seeking tranquility, offering a spacious and clean living environment. The convenience center in front and the fantastic café next door added convenience and charm to my stay. Highly recommend for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

Compared to the center of Hanoi, this place was more locally friendly and less noisy during the night. We purposely stayed here away from the center to be more relaxed, and enjoyed the less touristic experience. The room is equipped with a kitchen and microwave, and the supermarket is 5 minutes away. Also if you do your research, there are amazing local cuisine nearby. We stayed 11 nights.

Humidity. The clothes won't dry, and the blanket felt wet every night. This is to be expected in all other hotels. It would be perfect if the rooms were provided with a dehumidifier.

Really nice TV next to the bed. Daily cleaning! (It's not perfect, more about it later.) Room is bright and windows are huge so waking up with the sun was a thing I'll be missing. Host (company) is nice, they always reply in WhatsApp. (Not perfect too, more about it later.)

Internet is unstable. It's fast in general but with pikes of high ping. My calls were lagging when youtube video was playing on a TV. Daily cleaning is really good but it was very early at 9 AM. I even messaged the host to ask cleaners to come later and they assured they will fix it... But the next day cleaners entered my room at the same 9 AM when I was in my bed. Oh, another thing, there's no way to completely lock the door or put a sign "No cleaning" (they have an only sign "Clean the room") so I couldn't ask to not enter when I was waking up in my underwear. Location is so so. I didn't find good food stores nearby and always used a Grab taxi or delivery.

Excellent value for money. Big studio with big windows, daily cleaning, quiet area (comparing with old quarter), lots of surrounding cafes, supermarkets. Staff always nice as all Vietnamese people. Gym and 30' massage included. The location for me was perfect as this wasn't my first time in Hanoi. It's 15' away from Old Quarter by MotoGrab. I loved staying here.

Bed was pretty hard for my back, but it's still a 10 overall.

The room I booked was mysteriously sold out when I arrived and was told I'd been upgraded... upgraded to a room with zero natural light and an enclosed balcony with another wall as the view. There was a hair band left in the bathroom. Remains on a contact lens in the living room. The small shower head was broken. They key card for the door and lift was temperamental.

This is my 3rd time staying and furthermore i decided to extend my stay for 20 more days Trust me this is the best place for short and long term stay. Everything is just perfect and that includes fully equipped apartment with all required things including a smart TV with DIGITAL tv service to international English channels. Everything is exactly the same as in the photos. With a balcony to wash clothes including SMART RFID door locks. Everything private and clean. The staff here is really friendly and they will make sure the stay in top notch perfect Room is cleaned and made up every single day which includes daily fresh towels. They are really hard working and do ther best to keep the room clean Winmart is just 70 metres One supermarket is just outside the apartment and pharmacy is just right next to this apartment too including other coffee shops and best thing is west lake is just few metres away around 100 metrea and can take a walk everyday around.

The room was equipped with essentials like crockeries and pots/ pans, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is very nice, and they made our stay very memorable. Location is good too, away from the hustle bustle of the Old Quarter, and there are plenty of fab cafes nearby, overlooking the lake!

Spacious and well-equipped room. The staff is friendly, responsive and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and the shower is comfortable to use. The bed matrass tends to be hard, but you can arrange something by asking support at the reception desk.

The location is not very convenient for visiting the city - if this is the reason of your stay. It is also a quite noisy neighborhood.

Room wasn't the best... terrible layout... had to climb in and out of the bed... no access to walk around. TV damaged. A few things need maintenance. Ac only has cold function... this is very rare for Ac in Northern Vietnam - cold room.

very comfortable little appartment equipped with kitchen, big fridge, washing mashine, terrace and a little seating area with sofa. large comfy bad (maybe a little bit hard). appartments located in another building than the reception, but we were able to find it. there is a small gym next to the reception more on my youtube channel Lex Universe :)

it's rather far from the center, the area around is not very easy to walk, you need a taxi to get around not many meal options nearby
