One of the best aspects of my stay was the breathtaking view of West Lake (Ho Tay). From my room, I had an unobstructed, panoramic view of the lake, which was absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. Despite being in a central area, it’s peaceful and relaxing, providing a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Exceptionally friendly staff. Especially Mr Minh and Ann. Location is in west lake which is 15 minutes drive from old quarter where it's most happening. It's a good option if you want to have a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of old town. Laundry service available for a small fee. Great views of the lake. Option to take a quiet stroll by the lake at night or in the morning. Good wifi. Convenience store nearby.

So overall this is definitely a good deal, it’s well looked after and the staff is very kind. Good WiFi, air conditioning, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. I just wish the “city view” wasn’t facing an empty gravel lot and there is certainly slight sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Quite noisy outside too so if you’re a light sleeper, make sure to bring earplugs

We enjoy the hospitality of the staff as well as the panoramic views and the large balcony overlooking the lake. Definitely our favourite accommodation in Hanoi. It is slightly further out but you are rewarded with an incredible view and great facilities!

During our first stay we had a few complications with the room but Quang was there to rectify them and ensure we had a comfortable stay. It was a combination of his hospitality and the view from the balcony that keep us returning

We stayed at the Lake view for only one night, but wished we had been able to stay for longer. Mr Mark (the manager) was very kind to us and managed our stay in an impeccable way. We book at 22 land residence Hotel 1 night and we want extend but they full, he help us changer to lake view hotel < Same systerm>.Located at West Lake, everything was nearby. We stayed in a lake view room on the 7th floor and the view was memorable. We will be back one day!

Really great room - clean and comfy bed, big bathroom and nice view of lake Bathroom is only clouded from head down seems more directed at couples

They pull shutters down at around 12ish, but someone is in reception to let you in if you buzz I just climbed under shutters and let myself in

Feeling welcomed by the Lake View crew, they serve the best all the time! We book it for refreshment purpose, the sleeper bus was on the same night we arrived at Hanoi in the morning. However, frontdesk fulfilled our request even we reached before check-in time. 💖 and the location is fronting Hoen Kiem Lake!
