Good view to the lake, good price and nice staff.

The room had a smell. The hot water can not supply enough for the bath even let's it run an hour before.

Ha, the lady on reception, was super helpful and friendly and speaks great English. The hotel is relatively new and you can tell, the decor is done really nicely. This is by the larger lake more north of the old quarter but it is quick to get in if you want to. Good working TV with netflix and YouTube. Nice to have towel changes and fresh water each day. As in other reviews, there is a sewage smell in the bathroom once it's used but didn't bother me, especially when door closed. Wish the balcony doors locked better, and if you have a balcony onto the back street it can be super loud in the morning.

Really liked my stay at Lakeview Residence Hotel. I booked the room at the top floor and it had amazing views of the west lake! And that bath tub in front of the glass walls was just stunning. The room was clean and super comfy and the wifi was good. The best thing though was the staff. The woman at the reception was lovely, friendly and very helpful! Definitely would stay here again when I go back to Hanoi and want a quieter alternative to Old Quarter 🤗

The blinds are difficult to work with though, i think they’re broken so i couldn’t lift them up.

Excellent service at front desk. Both people were super helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a good location. The room was very clean and high quality. The bed and blankets was top notch. The bathroom was large, water pressure was really good and had both hot and cold water. The fridge was also a nice addition.

The temperature in the room was a little warm for me. There was air conditioning but it did not seem to be working well. A fan provided in the room would have been helpful.

The location in Tay Ho by the lake, the new rooms and the easy customer service. And not to mention, i love the cafe right outside to the hotel entrance. Laundry on premises and my room was cleaned everyday. I kept extending my stay. Was here for 10 nights and it was the perfect base to check out Hanoi. Also the wifi was fast.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were so helpful and friendly and I really enjoyed my time, i ended up staying an extra two nights. Perfect location next to the lake with lots of nice coffee shops and places to eat within walking distance

A lot of people have mentioned the hot water - you have to wait just 15 mins when you put the hot water on before it gets hot! But then it’s fine 😁

I had a room with a lake view. I loved it. The room had everything I could ever imagine! Even a bath tub near the panoramic window. Wifi was of a cosmic speed! The staff was super nice and spoke good English. I especially want to thank Ha for her food advice and help to improve my Vietnamese language skills. Had a great time communicating with her! Will definitely choose this place during my next stay in Hanoi!

I liked the staff - they spoke in English and they were very helpful. Trust me this is handy in a city that most people don't speak in english They even assisted in paying for the taxi when i didn't have any cash. I reimbursed them later using card

The bathtub wasn't heating water. But the shower is fine The location is slightly far from Old Hanoi

Location,staff were helpful,cheerful, actually got a scooter ride from front desk Jason to where I needed to go ,great experience on the scooter lol, always room for improvement but kindness is the most important I think. Would recommend for sure

Just lack of hot water ,we westerners like a hot shower lol otherwise all good.

It’s a good location even though it’s not in the Old Quarter, it’s still fairly close. It was exceptionally clean and the staff were always very nice and helpful.

Cannot think of anything, just had to learn to operate this bidet as there is a very fine line between a strong stream and no stream.
