The main issues were that 1) the room card couldn't be used for the elevator, so staff had to assist each time we wanted to return to our room; and 2) the key codes for the rooms seem to just be the room numbers x2 + "#," which doesn't seem particularly secure. The internet was also not always reliable.

The hotel room, a really excellent suite appt in the first floor was very spacious, excellently designed and furnished, and two bedroom plus two bathrooms perfectly settled beside the most luxury " living hall", including a conference table for 6 people, plus a fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine and freezer, and Vietnamese bar design... Shortly summarized, besides the dream of approximately 100-120 sqm.... AND I was more than lucky to have spent some days in this majestic hotel, and to experience the staff, particularly Mrs Linh, extremely friendly and helpfully across the whole stay in 'paradise' -- thanks to Linh and helpful hints for the undertakings and restaurants... Thank you sooooooo much (and also her male colleagues for similarly good advice), really more than one can expect 😊😊😊

The room was very spacious and luxurious as well. Everything was quite new and maintained very well. You would get a royal feel in the room. The location of the hotel is very nice it's lake facing but you mostly won't be able to enjoy the lake view unless you get the top floor rooms as there are trees by the lakeside park.

However, this place is around 5 km from the old quarter where the real activity is happening, shopping, sightseeing, night market, tour pickups you may need to book cabs everytime you go there. Not a big negative because you get more spacious rooms then what you will get in the old quarter.

The apartment was excellent: large, comfortable, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine etc --- perfectly equipped even for a very long business stay 🧑‍🎓🧑‍🎓🧑‍🎓💻💻💻💼💼💼💰💰💰😊😊😊 The staff is extremely nice and helpful in all aspects of (taxi or restaurant) booking, organizing, and giving useful hints for visits, excellent restaurants and coffee shops etc --- really 10+++ grade for the very kind young lady at the reception desk, but also for the two young gentlemen, who also helped a lot with good recommendations.... Definitely, I will stay in this place again next year 😊😊😊, this time it was already 10 out of 30 days (the rest was traveling across Vietnam and Cambodia ✈️✈️✈️🚢🚢🚢🚘🚘🚘🚍🚍🚍)

The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. The facilities were good and the staff were very attentive at reception. We stayed twice over a period of a week, so we got to experience two separate apartments both were high spec in terms of design and layout whichade for a comfortable stay. A home away from home.

We both felt that the apartments could have done with a deeper clean, there was cobwebs and dust on the walls and ceilings. There was mould in the bathrooms and build up on the tiles. The shower screens could have also done with a good clean which is a shame as the apartments are beautiful but perhaps some extra cleaning support would be good in order to keep on top of this and prevent the apartments becoming run down. Please note this is not a complaint for the cleaner as we could see she works very hard.

Relaxed environment away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. Lake view and good parking along with helpful staff. Close to food and literally dozens of coffee shops within walking distance. A small park with some equipment opposite, so can be good for kids to play in. The rooms are very large and the beds are super comfortable. Air conditioning and free wifi available as well as a washing machine and full kitchen with pots/pans, bowls, plates, cutlery. However, we didn't cook but did use the bowls and plates after we ordered food online.

530AM there are a group of women doing something they refer to as exercise but looks more like a frog dropped in hot water. The sound is not overly loud but enough to annoy someone at 530 in the morning. Hotel staff advised it used to be worse when they were performing their frog moves and blasting their speakers directly opposite the hotel. We noticed some small reddish/brown ants in our room, nothing excessive.

Eddie, the main receptionist has been the best help ever since i arrived last minute due to an emergency situation happened on my first time visit to hanoi, vietnam, from the moment i arrived Eddie has been extremely helpful and comforting being a new country and has been doing his best to help me sort out many things during my stay. teybupgrded me last minute which i truly appreciated after my intense day in hanoi. the hotel space is grounding with the marble and i appreciated the architecture and ambience of the place as well. the time i have been has helped me recover and reset after my hanoi tourist scam and i have seen Eddie work very hard endlessly to ensure guest comfort. Eddie, the whole hotel team are very professional and doing a superb job at running this business smoothly . again one of Hanoi best stays , i highly recommend if you want best view, good room great helpful team

We reserved a two room apartment, which where pretty big, with brand new and very comfortable beds. There's a HUGE living room/kitchen. Some of the rooms have lakeview, which I recommend. All forniture and equipment brand new and top quality, gigantic flat screens. A washing machine with drying capabilities is also standard, and the detergent is provided by the house for free. Wooden floor everywhere and marble in the spacious bathrooms. The manager, Mr Hoang, has been super-nice in satisfying all our needs and in providing tourist information. Ladies at the front desk speak acceptable English. Definitely exceeded by far any expectations.

The location is not exactly central in Hanoi, however a taxi ride to downtown takes 10-15 minutes and is really inexpensive.

Really lovely place, rooms are amazing and comfortable, staff were very helpful and patient with me after locking myself out of the room. The location is out of the way, closer to cultural sites and museums than the party areas. Having a washer/dryer in the room is fantastic as although laundry services are plentiful and cheap, having the option to wash everything the night before packing up and leaving is lovely
