The apartment was exceptionally clean 👌 with everything that we needed. The view from the balcony and main bedroom was great. Access to the property was easy and straightforward, with brilliant communication & clear instructions from the owner. The owner even organised a airport 🛫 pick up (cash to the driver) which was flawless and made our arrival into Hanoi extremely relaxing 😎 Lastly the apartment was central to food, coffee ☕️ & convenience stores. Overall a very good experience.

Our friends in the second bedroom suggested a bed topper just to soften the mattress a little, but indicated they still slept 😴 ok.

The location is relatively close to the airport. It's 20 to 25 minutes drive which is why we booked it. I booked the same day and they managed to prepare it and make everything ready. We liked the view of the lake and the decour of the apartment. It feels like somebody's living space, and you can see imperfections from long term use so don't expect hotel-like space.

This is more of an AirBnB style apartment, not like a serviced apartment property with its dedicated staff. We expected a smoother check-in process but the process wasn't smooth. We had to pay 3% for card payment and left 500,000 VND deposit. We got the deposit back though The AirBnB style also means you get a key to the elevator but no key to the apartment door. Rather, you use a password that you enter on the doorknob (but it was modern).

Hard to find entrance to the building - it was around the back, not in the front.. the address is not in Google maps, Google sends you 100 meters to the north. It would have been most helpful if this information was provided in advance, but it wasn't. Also, the agent who was there to meet me was more than 20 minutes late. Once I found the lobby I had to sit there for a while before the agent finally showed up. I thought they were going to meet me when I walked in the lobby

We liked this accommodation so much that we booked in for a further three nights on returning from Ha Long Bay! We were in a different room from last time but were very happy that it was just as good as the last one we stayed in at this location. They also helped us with booking tickets to the water puppet theatre which was a great experience.

Highly recommend! This accommodation was excellent and the staff were the most helpful we have had on our trip so far. They had great communication and helped us with every question and request we had. They even helped us with booking a Ha Long Bay cruise which was fantastic.

Nice to have own space in Hanoi. Very nice tv and kitchen amenities were great! View of the city is beautiful.

Beds could have been more comfortable and photos on description for room varied as there were a number of rooms available.

Pleasantly surprised that the room was cleaned daily by very friendly people. Great air-conditioning, close to coffee and lake. Great communication too

Really liked the accommodation. Location was perfect for exploring the WestLake,which is a really nice part of Hanoi.

The apartment is in a block with a reception. The apartment is very spacious and is very close to the mall that is about to be completed. It is close to the park as well.

The bed mattress is very hard, as if you are sleeping on a plank. There was a very bad smell in the kitchen
