Choice of garden view or lakeview glad I chose lakeview. The rooms are quite spacious, beds are comfortable Good position with walking distance to lots of eateries, park and lake nearby. Longer walk to shopping precinct but there are many smaller shops for supplies including alcohol but check wine prices as it's quite expensive. Beer good prices tho also short walk to great sports bar called 'The Local'

It's a bit tired looking and could be cleaner but there is a lift and the View really compensated. The shower is over the bath which isn't ideal for some peeps

Good spacious, well made rooms... Clean and comfortable. The locality is really good. Everything is available within walking distance... password operated elevator. Host Ms. Alice also deserves a mention... She made our stay and check-in quick and easy.. she helped us with early check-in also.

The vending machine was not cooling well so I had to go out to buy beers.. but the supermarket is 2 Mins away. Some wall patches need paint job.

Close to shops and restaurants. Nice staff, good place to stay if you want to feel like a local. I didn't get a Lakeview room so my experience might be different.

VERY BIG AND SPACIOUS the staff were amazing and sooo helpful they showed me round the room made sure I had everything I needed and Alice (the receptionist) was more than happy to help me with anything best stay in Vietnam so far I'd definitely recommend staying here for the great price

The only issue I had was there was a few ants roaming around 😂but I understand that carnt be helped all the time

This apartment makes me feel comfortable like home, and it's easy to find. The hosts are lovely and hospitable; they introduced me to the local specialty here, which is West Lake shrimp cake, Vietnamese cuisine is really interesting.

Even though I only stayed one night, i was quite impressed with the service quality at Lakeview. Thank you to the morning receptionist for lending me "The biggest" which I found very enjoyable and intend to purchase.

Amazing staff! Gnoc especially was amazing, we had trouble pulling our money from atm but she was super helpful and so friendly! Thank you Gnoc. ❤️ Very clean and spacious room, in an amazing area filled with restaurants, coffee shops and bars by West lake. Will definitely return!

The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the room is suitable for the price I paid. There are some excellent restaurants nearby, and I particularly enjoy the pubs around here.

The window in the room could not be closed, so I had to fight with mosquitos for two nights. I stayed in the room 405.

The comfortable mattress provided me with a good night's sleep; there are very few hotels where I can easily drift off to sleep like that.
